Re: [FREE DESIGN WORK] building some rep

Wow! Thank you so much for the overwhelming response. These services could obviously be used.

You don't actually need to do that just to build some reputation here (But it's up to you) you can just post here your previous work or create your own infographic promoting your  skills and from that you don't have to give free designs. (Sorry I just value designs and the efforts to create it)

Thank you so much for pointing that out mate! So glad to hear that somebody knows that there is A LOT more effort in to a good logo than most think. Unfortunately i am a glutton for punishment and okay with doing this in spite of the many warnings from every teacher I had in grad school  Cheesy

Can you make a logo for an e-commerce website?

@riyad was the first to respond so I will work to fill his request before moving on to any new works. Sending logo questionnaire after my newbie jail lets up

I will address the rest of the requests in order after that.

I have a "sample and feedback thread" you can visit to see some works: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5218567.msg53635657#msg53635657

They look great on their own but every painting has rhyme and reason and tells of a story. Contact for details along with purchase info if interested.

I am a designer and artist with plenty of real world experience.

Offering up free services to the first person who needs them.

Trying to get a decent portfolio together on here and start contributing to the community.

If you have some time check out the "sample and feedback" thread I started and feel free to let me know what you think.

Hopefully enough comments will get me honed in on tastes.

I am just starting out in the community here and I do the fine art and design things. That is what the degrees say anyways. Looking to help spread the bitcoin love through art.

Here are a couple very first samples just to sort of put out there and see what is up. Please feel free to leave some constructive criticism

Taking notes.

I think the game plan is to make some small items the next couple of days - host pics through imgur and post some links for now.
- Hang out and try to build some merit or coin to get a proper post here in the right thread.

Thanks again for all the help. Looking forward to helping out the community if I can!

Seems like a great community here and thanks for all the tips. I feel like escrow is a nice way to go, especially since the fees seem small. Comparable to credit card companies I use now so why not.

As far as putting up a portfolio. I have my clear net portfolio site so to speak. Would certainly break any anonymity as the domain is registered to my real name.

Any ideas on that? I mean I do not see much of a risk in that. I am just selling art and design services but then again I am still pretty green.

I am a trained artist from the united states. I am interested in selling some my fine art and custom work.

My normal sale is more or less this:

1. somebody wants work done/purchased
2. I send pics or samples
3. receive half of money
4. I complete piece or send it
5. receive last half of pay

Reading up on things it seems like there is a lot to know and look out for. I was wondering if anybody could give me a heads up on what a transaction like this should look like or what I might want to look out for before I go posting goods? I know enough to not give my private key, I have a small amount of Bitcoin in a wallet but I am unfamiliar with any escrow services - if that helps place my limited knowledge.

any help would be appreciated  Roll Eyes
