Did this get resolved at all ??
Had the same problem Sad

Finally got an answer from their support (3 days after I messaged them frantically). They claim someone else must have had my password and PIN number, and said the transaction was done from a certain IP address. I checked the IP and it's a TOR exit node.
I replied that it's impossible my password has been compromised, as I used a very long and random password, have a lot of technical experience and take great good care of my computer so I'm sure it's not infected with any info-stealing/keylogging malware. I also raised the possibility their side has been compromised. Only 2 days later I got a message back saying they will look into it, and that I'm the only person who reported something like this.

Have you tried contacting their support already?

This is pretty crap then.
I messaged them a day ago, still no answer back, I mean the only thing I could think of was that it was the mixing system working but now that you've said that :/ I'm thinking it was a scam. But still hoping for the coins to be returned.. but doubtful now.

Never used them. But the fact that the bitcoins were moved to another address might mean that they moved it to a cold wallet: a different wallet to insure they are not easily withdraw. Important is to check if your balance is still the same. Anyway, message them again.

Well when I goto withdraw a larger amount then it says, it tells me that my online hot wallet doesn't have enough, and they have a wallet that is not online to ensure security apparently. But the transactions are up to something like 83 confirmations which seems alot! don't know if that's any relevance though, still waiting on coins and response.

Okays, so I seemed to have lost coins via my thread earlier with no help so far: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=193120.0
The only thing I can hope is that it's not a scam and that it's doing the bitcoin mixing ?

But how does this work ? and how long would it take to receive those coins back from the mixing ?
Any help would be appreciated guys Smiley

Okay so today I purchased just over 13.5 coins and I brought them and sent them to easycoin.net.
I checked the transaction list and showed that they were received, however 2-3 hours later mostly all of them were taken out and sent to another bitcoin address. Leaving 0.099.
Someone else posted on here about this, in this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=189754.0

Can someone please tell me or give me some answers, as this was over $1500 worth of coins Sad
Stressing me out really bad. Also sent message to there support but haven't heard back yet.
