Re: Is bitcoin a good way to invest your money ?
by

I heard that bitcoin is a good investment for making a huge profit in the future , is that right ? Because i want to buy some bitcoin in these days .

What you hear is true. Bitcoin is a great digital currency for your investment. You just need to hold it for a couple of years. If you buy bitcoin today, in the future you will get your money back with a huge profit.

Re: Why almost everybody suggest to hold?
by
Aryancesarr
on 24/03/2018, 11:59:33 UTC
Hi all,
I have a really simple question or so seems to me cause i am a crypto noob.
I really do not understand why almost everybody suggest to hold when there is a dip or correction.

With my simple noob logic i think that when there is a dip someone could sell at the start of the dip or do something else (e.g. buy tether y i know the rumors or something similar anyway) and then buy again later when the correction has stop or decrease.

Obviously no one knows when there is a many days dip and when it will end in order to buy but even so one can save much money just for sell and buy in between even without predict the absolute start and end of a dip.

I hold as everyone suggests but i now realise that if i had sell even a couple days before even yesterday-and not right after the start of the dip and buy lets say now i would have save a bunch of money relatively with what i am doing now which is hold.

I really must be missing something since i am crypto noob orelse i cannot explain why everyone suggest hold while i fear that real pros are doing the oppossite.

I would like to ask only experienced people who know what they are talking about to give their opinions cause i am fed up reading pseudo crypto pros everywhere around. I bet many of you understand what i mean. Everybody has become a crypto pro . Well i am a crypto noob and i need your heads up.

Thank you for your time reading this and excuse my lame English.

Regards.

One needs only to look at bitcoin price history to understand once and for all why everybody suggest to hold  Wink

hello guys , i just want to share what am i doing right now to my children, i have a 10 year old kid , he is david . this coming summer i want to teach him about cryptocurrency. especially bitcoin, from his young age i want to share him my knowledge about this kind of things. im happy that he is excited a little bit however it's so hard to explain but then i use some examples like video games as a reference about bitcoin. probably it might be the easiet way to understand how this things works. for example bitcoin is like a video games, you need to do a lot of research about bitcoin to know it and ask some people what  they know about bitcoin or  like experiences  , like games you need to do a lot of practice to mastered the games , can someone help me about this ?

God, he is still a child. Maybe you're a little bit right but I'm sure that such issues needed to be debated at an older age.

Most people accept only those things that they can touch, hold in their hands, place into their pockets, hide in the closet, etc. Also gold is stable in many of thousand years and proven of proven of all country. BTC is just at the beginning of this process, which will take many years.

Re: Bitcoin at 2600$, is it possible !!!!
by
Aryancesarr
on 23/03/2018, 07:56:33 UTC
what we'v seen in the first 3 month of 2018 are huge different from what we'v been expected to see in 2018
so with the last huge movement of bitcoin price what do you think ,
is it possible to see 2600$ again ??

No it's not. Based on current cost price of Bitcoin mining I can't even imagine that the price will be lower that $6000. If that happens, it would mean the end of Bitcoin because of unprofitability.

Re: Holdings of gold vs Holdings of btc
by
Aryancesarr
on 22/03/2018, 14:36:30 UTC
Holding of Bitcoin differs with the holding of gold because the value of bitcoin is higher than the value of coin and it is safer to hold than gold if you hold bitcoin for a long time you can  have a bigger profit and it is safer to hold than gold.

When this question had been put to community the situation was a little different. I hope that dude made a right choice.

Bitcoin has the potential to survive till the very end of the world.  As long as their is technology and people who uses technology, Bitcoin will have a shot of its legacy....

Re: Does the Price of Bitcoin Matter?

I think 90% of the people only care about the price, and like 10% are seriously interested in the technology that powers bitcoin, and put it in front of the price when it comes to importance...

Re: Do You Think Bitcoin Will Replace Dollar Soon?

I shy away from absolutes, but I think its safe to say this will never happen in our lifetime. I don’t think there’s even a currency backed by a sovereign government that could suffice as a replacement right now, never mind a crypto-currency no one controls or regulates.

Re: I don't care about the price now. Nobody knows how much my portfolio is worth

I don't even look at the price anymore. Just looked today after a few days... Eth is now being negotiated at 480. LOL

Nobody knows how much my portfolio is worth. I will hold for a few years. I am not going to sell now, even if it were 10x more than it is now, so why would I care for the price now?

I put some good money into this market. But I really believe in the technology, I really like it, I am even studying it. I am not worried.

What a wonderful solution to a problem! But this method is not without defects - you are unable to respond quickly on unexpected market changes...

Re: Bitcoin's High Volatility
by
Aryancesarr
on 20/03/2018, 09:31:56 UTC
As far as i know bitcoin has a high volatility given the fact that it is in demand in the market but i did not expect hat it is so high that it can really go from 1-100 and 100-0.
I want your insights about this volatility of bitcoin.

Bitcoin's high volatility attracts a lot of traders who want to suceed. I'm not really suretht BTC would be so popular without this feature.

Re: Don't worry, the market will not fall forever.
by

on 19/03/2018, 11:33:09 UTC
The fall and collapse of the crypto-currency exchange rates do not scare investors in comparison with December 2017, but rather vice versa - new crypto funds are launched in the US and Europe. Offering the Swedish exchange Nasdaq Nordic exchange-traded note for bitcoin and ETH, Coinshares Group is launching two new funds: "Active" and "Large Cap" . The first offers a fairly aggressive strategy for investing in promising cryptocurrencies, the latter uses a more passive strategy and a wider basket of digital assets.
If you are in a position - hold.
If you have the finest money - buy in parts.
Everything goes to the fact that in May we are expected again the rally

Just like OP said, we have a positive trend from yesterday evening. Sometimes you have to listen reasonable projections to correct your actions.

Re: how risky is day trading?
by

on 19/03/2018, 11:28:00 UTC
With the unpredictable changes in bitcoin price people have chose to hold instead of day trading,I mean the majority have.
How risky is day trading at the moment?

As always, short-terms trading is an extremely risky activity, which may cause huge money loses. If you're all mentally prepared to lose your money - you can deal with day trading.

We can't predict this, but I don't think it can be used by almost everyone in 2022, to be honest. It would take much more years to be accomplished this.

Re: News says Bitcoin is Stronger than Ever, What do you thing?
by

Found a news online that titles "Five reasons bitcoin is fundamentally stronger than ever" (attaching the link at the end of post).

The 5 points are:

  • MORE PEOPLE ARE USING IT
  • NODES ARE MORE NUMEROUS (AND MORE WIDELY DISTRIBUTED) THAN EVER
  • BITCOIN IS SCALING
  • HASH RATE IS AT RECORD HIGHS
  • IT’S STILL HERE

what do you think about it?
I am very enthusiastic about Bitcoin and the future, what about you?

Well, I'm not sure about "stronger the ever", but it's current position provides hope that the price will grow up significantly.

Re: HOLD THE BtC
by
Aryancesarr
on 15/03/2018, 13:56:36 UTC
Let me share you a story. This story is full of misery but every other story it has a happy ending. That was like more than year and a half ago. I was new in crypto world and i started to work on how to earn botcoin. Btc price was valued by 500 dollar and i had few mbtc got those from performing video campaign jobs crypto-games.net tutorial review video and rollin.io help me to gather some amount of btc.
Price was rising. And i was new i didnt had dollars or didnt had the courage to invest in fear of loosing money so i cashed it price gone up to 1000. And i had no dollars with me so i can make invest.
Later on i had earned btc by exchanging other cryptos to btc and sell it to 1000 dollar i was happy  that i made a right decision. Price gone up to 2000 dollars from 1500 and i felt like damn man!!! Then i decided i aint gonna sell btc at all.
I had like 250mbtc by then valued of 500 dollars. All was earned. I hold it tightly and long awaited decision was worthy of it. I had 2500 dollars left with me. I sold those coins by 10000 too much greed is a sinful thing.
So hold the Coins. This the best time to buy some btc. If you can then grab some. If you got some then hold it tightly. There is nothing which can stop bitcoin. Quoted by billgates.

That's an amazing example of patience and fair approach to hodl. Or you just got lucky. It's not difficult to tell about victories of the past.

Re: trading vs holding

If you have a short-term target then in such volatile period, I would recommend trading in short as well as the long way in order to earn the profit in rising as well as falling market environment. I do a lot of trading, but sometimes it seems as though it would be just as good to buy and hold

Short are too risky for untrained trader. I would recommend to hold until the price will fit your plan.

Re: Is it better to save money or invest it?
by
Aryancesarr
on 13/03/2018, 09:53:03 UTC
Is it better to save money in bank or invest it online?

Most of the people now prefer to have both of that, its good to have investment for the future and savings is for back up of our savings and for emergency cases we can withdraw easily if we have savings.
