The issue is that many of the upcoming ICOs keep on repeating the mistakes of the predecessors and that's why we're where we are now. same talks, same brags, same cheat, same lack of project development etc etc. Buh I believe as times goes on, we'll be settling on the better ones to clinge to.
Now the biggest mistake is to do ico, very few of the projects something collects and develops further, I think it is now more popular to do more ieo, here funds can be collected and then recently the decline in ieoI have a simple answer, not to be deceived do not participate in the ico, it is better to choose a good exchange and participate in iso, for example gate, binance these exchanges are very good to earn.
many new project are launched now is just for raising money for them.
even any project ended sucessfully, like you said they don't want spend money for listing in popula exchange.
and many of them after listed on exchange never buyback again from market, and this condition make the coin become a shittoken

I have two questions about bounty program.
Is there any Restrictions to join bounty if i am Newbie?
Is the bounty program for only bitcointalk users, i see i should add and use my user name of bitcointalk.
The signature you will not be able to run , but the bounty of social networking that I think can run , just think whether you need it for 10-15$ to do all day posts?Although i am new here but i am not new in cryptocurrency market.

This KYC is implemented for countering cheating on the 25$ XLM giveaway. but in my opinion I don't mind giving away my passport details or my electricity monthly bills if this is what is required on the rules for claiming giveaways

Always need to study the projects before to enter into it , since so many scams , but with the advent of ieo many scams are gone , and a we value our reputation and take only those projects that proves to be good.

As far as I know, you can now buy bitcoin and then buy other altcoins , I think due to the fact that the market is trying to regulate and not all coins are filed under the law.I feel the market is done dropping, for the most part. It's corrected after the amazing bull run in 2017-18. A bottomed out bearish market is the best time to buy, imo. So in 2019 we should all be shopping for long hodls! I'm curious what other alts people are buying. I will be picking up ETH, ADA, XRP, WAVES, HLS and either NEO or OMG. What will you be shopping for this year?

On the cue ball the whole market is held , and all the coins are traded to the cue ball do not see diversification here , Ethereum has already outlived its and my opinion it will roll down , since there is no future for it !absence of research will consistently drives investors off track,Numerous investors are whining that they are at lose putting lots of money into some IEO projects yet many IEO projects are plain success from the info ive gathered,IEO projects from binance,bitmax,gate.io,kucoin are mostly successful and their ATH are so good that i regret not investing in some of them,why are people still complaining? Are they joining IEO from crappy exchanges or new exchanges with low volumes?
On ieo I think very well earned , especially if you get to the top exchange and get on the list , I only once caught a ticket on the exchange binance and came out about X5Most bounty the managers do not know how to manage the bounty , and the bounty actually now managers penny since in most cases the ico has died , and bounty worthy managers take good projects only
Altcoins today are struggling , yes no doubt about that but if much attentions are giving to some altcoins with lots of potentials, i think it will make altcoins standout in the market. although some altcoins lacks vision and there are several coins i believe will defintely change the market positively.

Often check the prices on the exchange makes no sense , check 3-4 times a day , as not often trade and Yes, and I can be considered in the transaction and will keep bitcoin for a long time , but I check altcoins more often.
