You are definitely right. Only one level ends, the dividends will pay out. That's why we add referral system.

But if you think about this: if there are no more new buyers for Bitcoin, what will happen to the bitcoin price? How can the current holder sell it for fiat money? In addition, those who got into bitcoin earlier made much more money than those who came late. So is it also ponzi scheme?

Maybe because it like too good to be true, so it looks like ponzi scheme. We will try to explain it in better ways like "chance to win lucky draw" ,"you can reverse exchange FFF to ETH if you act fast". Thanks for your feedback.
