What should a verified international person do if their tokens are still trapped in Bizhongchou, the "recommended" exchange?

I am not sure, but the exchange i use is Bittrex.

Also so does that mean that the Chinesse Government stop cryptos exhcanges? No one can trade?

This almost sounds optional for the china crowdfunders. But who would want just 1 btc for 3800 qtum? Thats like over 45k worth of usd.

So if the china crownfunders are force to return the qtum, would that make the qtum team even more wealthy? So all this panic is for nothing, meaning no matter what the qtum team is doing, they have more funds, if not far better off than before, due to this china ico ban.

Also how would china beable to track who got what refunded? I feel like this only affects future projects and not qtum or any other project well on its way.
