you need to give the script execute permission.

$chmod a+rx (filename)
Got this error when starting it, please have a look at these screenshot.
I'm definitely not a Ubuntu expert but searching is something i can do!

I did follow the few instruction given, installed cuda 11.4, extract the folder, edit the file and try to start it.

https://i.ibb.co/HzrNBsD/teamblacminer-error.png

Thanks!

the bash scripts are in windows format with CR/LF end of line, but linux uses only LF

you can use dos2unix to convert these files :
Code:
dos2unix tbminer_ethermine_eth.sh

if you want to save the output in different file :
Code:
dos2unix -n tbminer_ethermine_eth.sh corrected.sh

Edit Smiley
And As sp_ said,
Code:
chmod a+x tbminer_ethermine_eth.sh  (in my case as this is the one I use)
chmod a+x TBMiner

Thanks a lot for your answer!

Seems i made some progress and got this :

Cuda 11.4 is well installed and tested from the link shown

Did you try -asm 1 ? or just -rxboost 30 -strap 1@2000 ? or set your core clock to 1200? and use amd driver 19.4.3 ... that is what claymore used for testing

Got it to work with amd driver 19.4.3!

Unfortunately, on 7 RXR80, the 3 first (Nitro +) are runnin g@ 30MH/S, DAG file created in 8000ms, and the rest of the cards are creating the DAG in 12000ms and a final hashrate of 20MH/S.

Compute mode is activated, one by one on amd drivers, didn't work(after reboot),
DDU, reinstall driver, using -Y 1 on claymore, same results.

It did one times work, but i got tons of error at first (millions) and then it didn't change.

I restarted the PC, then boom, same as before. I really don't understand that and i've never found somebody with the same issue.

Previously i was running bios mod  but it seems easier at first but now i waste more time trying to make it work than flashing the bios

Hello,

can't get this-strap to work for me, even with 1 RX580 Nitro + stock bios

It's set at Core 1100MHz/mem 2100MHz, both core and mem @950mV

Tried to set @ 1050/2050 @1050mV but stil crash immediately when it seems aplying the straps.

Here is whats i have:

setx GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR 0
setx GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
"C:\Users\Asus z270 prime\Downloads\Claymore's Dual Ethereum AMD+NVIDIA GPU Miner v15.0\EthDcrMiner64.exe" -epool eu1.ethermine.org:4444 -ewal 0x7caccfc4bc206bd38bc079824fdcd6dbadc6.ASUS -r 2 -epsw x  -mode 1 -asm 2 -ftime 10 -di 0 -tt 75 -rxboost 1 -strap 1

What is wrong? I've tried every strap value from 1-6, with or without rxboost.

Driver where uninstalled and reinstalled from claymore using adminitrators right, DDU before or after, didn't worked also. Using the latest AMD driver.

with rxboost i get a decent 29MH/s with a stock bios, but seing people pushing more with the strap makes me frustrate...

Thanks in advance

Hello,

thanks for the ansewer, i was since trying to find something but now it is by me so i have more time to try it.

So, here is what i found:

The issue is pretty strange both fan are not working (swapped them with regular 1440RPM just for test purpose and they works) but i have no information on the board as you see on the follwing picture.

Here is what i have on the board:

Code:
E009
Slot-2 temp sensor error
Reset hash board
436
Wed Jun 26 14:47:40 2019
system-monitor
E006
HS < 2.4T
Restart cgminer
1
Tue Apr 16 07:00:07 CEST 2019
cgminer-monitor
E011
Slot-1 Zero HS 180 seconds
Zero HS Warning
118
Wed Jan 2 16:05:02 2019
system-monitor

On the API LOG i have this one :

Code:
Socket connect failed => Connection refused

And what i found interesting on the log is :

Code:
daemon.err system-monitor[500]: system error state: slot:0, cgminer:1, pool:1, fan:1, temp_sensor:0, temp_over_heat:0, power_supply_not_connected:0

Could you please try to help me find a solution (maybe order some parts) for that issue as it's not working for the past 2 month...

Thanks!

Hello,

Thanks for the detail, for the first part, miner should be plugged it, and then press the reset button for 20 seconds then, unplug it, and plug it again?

Whats the difference between the first 2 procedure you describe?

First one, plug in, press reset 20 seconds, release, unplug and plug again

Second one, let it run 60 seconds then press 60 seconds, unplug

Third solution would be the solution from pangolinminer but mostly it's a plug and unplug procedure :/

Thanks by the way Smiley

Hello,

my miner suddenly stop working, below is what it shows, no hashboard nothing.

https://i.imgur.com/3tIy1nc.png

It was working pretty fine until here, Pangolinminer did not respond me for month now i have to found a solution for that. I think about the control board but it is pretty strange that the server is still working as usual. The place is host at about 1h30 from my place so i can't really access to it to try some stuff locally.

Did something like that happened to you or what could i try to help with it?

Thanks

How do you lower the voltage in the miner for RX 580 cards?
It doesn't seems to accept cvddc and mvddc value and i can only change the power limit, even if i tried to tick the voltage control..

Here is what i get with my rig:
Performance: 8.60 sol/s 6.47 sol/s 8.40 sol/s 8.13 sol/s 9.00 sol/s 8.47 sol/s 7.60 sol/s | Total: 56.67 sol/s

Oscillate between 51 and 57 Sol/s @ 1100/2100 MHz

In windows you can use OverDriveNTool
https://forums.guru3d.com/threads/overdriventool-tool-for-amd-gpus.416116/

Perfect!
Awesome, i even got better power than when i use claymore lol

1270W for 8xRX580 and 3x1060

Thanks a lot Cheesy
