Atlas ATS announces the launch of its flagship digital currency exchange: Atlas ATS Hong Kong.  The launch marks the opening of the first of several Asia based exchanges; additional markets being prepared for launch during 2014 include Singapore, South Korea and Indonesia.

It's a fair point.  There are many start-up exchanges vying to launch in the US and not all of them will succeed. Atlas will succeed because unlike these groups, we have the domain expertise and the technology required to operate a mature exchange in highly regulated markets. It is not trivial. The exchange will go live in the next 30 days..

Don't worry about social security #. Yes, it's an American thing, which doesn't apply if you're not a US resident.

"Black" will be $5,000/year. Currently you get any "lifetime" membership for the 1-year cost. If you do the math, you will find they are a super deal. Meanwhile everyone, including non-members, will likely appreciate the ability to *make* 0.1% commission when posting orders.
