I see you have the Corsair 750M for 2 S3. I do have the Corsair CX600M with 2 PCI-e (on 1 cable) for 1 S3.
Question: Are your cables "hot" ?? I noticed that mine get pretty warm just with 1 S3 hooked up to it. NO OC!

Temperatur rel. konstant bei 40°C.

Frage mich gerade, ob ich die FW nochmals neu flashen soll.

Ich hatte nur 1x ein Problem, wo er einfach aufgehört hat zu minen. Ohne ersichtlichen Grund. Seit dem läuft er.
Das einzige "Problem" das ich habe ist, dass die Lüfter IMMER 15300 Speed anzeigen. Was sie aber bestimmt nicht machen.

Does the 3 Pin connector work with the board ?

Would'nt it be bether/more efficient to place the fan's ON TOP of the PSU ??
Of course, one would have to cut some holes into the metal cover ....

But I think for cooling it would be more efficient.

I did built a cardboard case for the S1 just to try to cool it down. I did not change the fan though.
It did NOT help at all. Still runninig at 46°C with fan Speed at 2220 and freq. 375. Makes 190 Gh/s avg.

I have the 2000 watt ibm psu here and ordered one of the breakout boards.
Thats why I need some cable to it. I will try with awg18 and see, how warm they get.

I try to make the cable by my self. That's why I ask about minimum AWG ;-)

For the PCI-e cables; What's the MINIMUM AWG cable I have to use for the S3 using only 1 PCI-e connector per blade ?
I know Sidehack uses AWG16 for his cables. Would a AWG18 also work ?

On the other hand, Gigampz sells 24" PCI-e cables with AWG18 ....
