I agree with you.Many people creates tokens for making money after the ICO.And I think they should create tokens with new products.

i think they need money at that time that's why they will be dumping. other hand many ICOs after the end of the process, and prices are going down very fast due to a large number of dumping.

I think it is a worst thing happened. Ethereum classic was grown just for the hype it made but now it really dumps massively. There is no rise at all. So I don’t find any positive thing of this addition.
