I don't know but Incase you forgot to note, we are already in 2025 so maybe you are preferring to the price of $250k to be in next year 2026 that's if am not confused by what you wrote there.

And again why is no one actually talking about the bear market that will supposedly come after this bull season because as the statistical records shows, there is always a bull season after the four year complete circle and also a bear market that comes after it but although their is no certainty that the circle will continue but it's really absurd seeing everyone totally tied to the bull market run.
I believe this bull run has being a bit different from the others as we have not fully seen the greens as it should be so i cant really tell if we are currently in the bull season or not and i think this bull season might take a longer time than expected.

With popular statistical analysis, this might be the last massive bitcoin drive we would ever see in a long while with frequent possible analysis  of having a bull run after four years and a bear season after that but this might be a bit different.

if we thought $150k this year was unattainable, bitcoin is proving us wrong as it reaches almost half of that value

Bitcoin has proven its worth over the years constantly breaking all time highs so its really no surprise it attained such high.

it makes me think what would be next now that bitcoin is reaching prices never been seen before. will there be a boost of countries finally legalizing bitcoin? i am sure that the good also comes with the bad. as bitcoin becomes extremely profitable, ill intent people will start to come to bitcoin as well and try to fool a lot of bitcoin investors so be careful.
Yes, i think there would possibly be potential occasions of scam scheme with bitcoins publicity as newbies with little or no knowledge of the bitcoin policy would want to be a part of its project and can fall into wrong hands.

Hello Bitcointalk.

I was surfing the forum when i found a thread about buying copper membership for a price of 0.00024BTC ~ worth 28$

In the future if Bitcoin price pumps will it still be worth the same amount?

Most safe custody providers use this tech that’s why it’s called ‘cold’ storage. These company won’t reveal the wallet they are using because of security. Experts would suggest wallet to be custom built.
Custody providers operates as team, individual setup don't need a custom built, as may fail to realise faulting after building.

If you want a hardware wallet with cold storage forget about custom set up and fix yourself with what has been and anyone can recommend.

You aren't going to be the first whale investor, how many Bitcoin are you planning to hold that others are not aware of.

My intentions were to create opportunity for every gambler on forum to communicate their skills into single games and odds, we play then make daily rollovers, but i watched my post go down in few days and was discouraged, if anyone is okay with it, we can begin and revive the thread.

Rollover Challenge {Need reputable platform}

Can anybody specify a gambling site that has the lowest minimum deposit?

I would like to start up a 10-day rollover in the forum, anyone who will have extra opinions on games before the start can share their predictions but everything will be finalized some hours before the start of the game.

Just drop the sites and one's with easy deposits.

Re: Is Bitcoin an asset?
by
Audrey Simmons
on 31/01/2025, 16:26:07 UTC
Bitcoin is not an asset, Bitcoin is money and the definition of money is a currency (ie. a medium of exchange) that can be used as store of value. This means because Bitcoin is acting as a store of value and also because it is in its early stages of adoption, its value keeps growing against fiat making it a suitable investment.

Calling Bitcoin an asset is like ignoring everything else that it offers which are far more useful.
I used my browser to search the meaning of Bitcoin, the response defined Bitcoin as a currency not  an asset.

From my extended research, Bitcoin was created as a currency against fiat, the actual way to define Bitcoin is mainly a currency just like you did.

If Bitcoin is now used as a store of value, that means it also can serves as an asset, we can agree that Bitcoin is both definitions instead of taking away one.

How much knowledge about Bitcoin do i need before i start investing.
You will be able to tell if you have amassed enough knowledge because you will be very confident in your investment. But I would recommend reading the pinned topics (https://bitcointalk.org/Themes/custom1/images/icons/show_sticky.gif)of the beginners & help board to get started.

I want price of Bitcoin to reduce so i can start my investment, anyone knows when the price of Bitcoin will fall so i can begin.
Feel free to buy less Bitcoin for the same amount of fiat later. Roll Eyes

I did not take my opportunity when i was introduced to Bitcoin and this forum, what should be done to correct my mistakes or am i late?
You can learn more about Bitcoin on this forum.

Welcome to Bitcointalk.
I will take my whole day to read many things inside the forum, lot can be learnt that will help me.

I was told same thing. So many advise i don't even know who i should respond, some said i shouldn't invest now while some reject and said i can DCA, not confused because it's left for me to decide on what to do.

Thank You.

Depends on the timeframe
Do you want to trade or invest in Bitcoin?
When we experienced a dip yesterday I guess you didn't buy but was waiting for more
You can only employ this if you have some holdings not when you a nocoiner.
Invest what you can afford to loss and won't cost you much when it goes bearish.
If doing both will not cause me harm then i will like to do both, only one to be picked then since i do not have knowledge about trading, investing will be better. Where can i also learn trading?

You can wait till 2026 to know if the bear period will come or not. We do not know much about how bitcoin strategic reserve may not make the market to go much more down but that will still be the best time to wait for.

Or you can start to DCA little by little and invest more in 2026 if the price fall.
You mean 2026 is when the price of Bitcoin will fall, that is a long time to wait. How can i start the DCA? I already misused my chances, waiting isn't much of the problem but what if i miss out again.

Re: Bitcoin is overdue for a dump
by
Audrey Simmons
on 27/01/2025, 20:51:34 UTC
One reason why I said Bitcoin is overdue for a dump is cause yearly market open just started and last year candle left so many unfilled fvg for me personally I would still like to see more dump if bitcoin price for this month probably this month cancle close we would get a proper PA of how next month is going to be, if we lose $90k then $85k should be printed on the chart
What is PA? I want to see Bitcoin dump, i don't have lot of money to buy at a very high price the only way is for the price to dump more. I wish Bitcoin can get down to 50K$ so i can buy, i missed out already when i was introduced and signed to the forum, i should have learnt by now how to blend my source of income into buying Bitcoin, i just realized today that i missed out on so many things, introduced to Bitcoin and the forum and really want to be part of Bitcoin when we boom again.
