Belastingaangifte Niet liquide crypto Verkoopwaarde vs Koerswaarde
Voor de belastingaangifte moet ik een crypto  (> Top 300) opgeven die totaal niet liquide is (er zijn maar een aantal exchanges en het volume ligt erg laag). Met een relatief groot aantal van deze crypto, maar kleine waarde zou je bij een marktverkoop op 1 jan 00:00 >75% minder krijgen (uniswap price impact) dan de laatste koerswaarde .

U gaat uit van de waarde in het economisch verkeer. Meestal is die gelijk aan de verkoopwaarde.
Maar soms is het moeilijk om de verkoopwaarde van (een deel van) uw bezittingen te bepalen, bijvoorbeeld omdat er geen 'markt' voor is.

 De koerswaarde x aantal is mischien van toepassing voor een klein aantal, maar de  negatieve price impact loopt snel op zodra er meer te koop wordt aangeboden.
Toch lijkt het dat ik de theorethische waarde van koerswaardex aantal moet aanhouden. Terwijl dit nooit mogelijk zal zijn. De waarde ligt >75% lager bij market verkoop. Het gaat hier dus niet om een klein % *0,1-1/2/3/4%)

Heeft iemand ervaring met aangifte van niet liquide crypto (hoe deze te waarderen) of weet een belastingrechtadviseur/consultant aan wie je deze casus kan voorleggen?
