Re: Lightning Network -- Is it GOOD?

The lightning is all around, very good. It applies to micropayments and micropayments. It may also be able to handle very large ones.
There is another second-tier solution called Liquid, which is obviously used for "medium" payments.
Then you can still settle Bitcoin on the Bitcoin blockchain as usual.

Are Bitcoin and Crypto Really Like the Early Internet?
by
Auroraner
on 03/07/2021, 07:40:37 UTC
If you’ve been following Bitcoin and crypto for more than a few months, you will have almost certainly heard someone comparing cryptocurrency — and blockchain — to the early internet. Well, there are many parallels between cryptocurrency today and the internet at the turn of millennium, not least in terms of both resulting in bullish market activity that skeptics regard(ed) as a bubble. However, it’s still far too early to say just how impactful cryptocurrency will be, and it’s arguable that the data comparing crypto to the internet has been misinterpreted and exaggerated. What are the similarities and differences between the two.
Some tweets comparing cryptocurrency and the Internet:https://twitter.com/bitcoinfrankiee/status/1407377300446920715

I’m sure everybody loves paying taxes, but I am no expert but say with this current drop In price if I moved bitcoin outside of the US and to an El Salvador wallet, would that be saving on the future sale of bitcoin or what would that look like for capital gains?
I’m asking for a friend, I already lost all my bitcoin in a boating accident.

Bitcoin is a digital application currency product that integrates various cutting-edge sciences such as encryption, mathematics, economics, computer science, and blockchain technology. The theories of these disciplines will continue to advance and upgrade to increase the scientific content of Bitcoin. With continuous purification, Bitcoin with a strong scientific foundation will only become more expensive, shining more and more with wisdom and knowledge.

It will fluctuate in the short-term, but the long-term value will not be affected, because Bitcoin is born for underground transactions and cannot be held accountable.

Re: Iran bans Bitcoin too

The root cause of the ban is for the country's electricity use, but most of the miners who mine in Iran are not supervised by the Iranian government, so the policies issued by Iran cannot completely solve the problem of Iran's domestic electricity use.

According to previous callbacks, it is basically a 50% callback. From this year, Bitcoin has risen to more than 60,000, and now it has callbacked to more than 30,000. Basically, it has been adjusted by 50%, so the currency price will Continue to rush the bull market. It is estimated that by the end of June or the end of the year, Bitcoin will reach 100,000 U.S. dollars. Bitcoin is still worth looking at.

Including many news, it is also optimistic about blockchain technology. Bitcoin is the first application of blockchain technology. At present, Xiongan New District is in full swing and large-scale development. At the same time as the construction of physical cities, blockchain and other emerging information technologies are also stepping up their layout, and are deeply integrated into every link and corner of the construction of the new district. Xiong’an New District insists on integrating smart city infrastructure. Simultaneous planning and implementation with traditional urban infrastructure, realizing the synchronization of urban physical space and digital virtual space, dual planning, one dual infrastructure

Re: I think many people are free to buy Bitcoin wealth, but I feel powerless
by

Your powerlessness comes from the fact that your labor lags far behind the rise in inflationary asset prices. This reflects the shocking depreciation and loss of value created by your labor. This is the source of powerlessness. I have experienced it.
The reason Bitcoin makes you so uncomfortable is because houses have thresholds. People with a certain amount of wealth can buy more things to get rich. This is far from you, but the threshold for Bitcoin is very low. Many people who buy Bitcoin make money. People turned out to be just ordinary people, and then suddenly turned over, so it is more difficult for you to accept than buying a house.

Yep. I put my first thousand in today. If I lose for a while, no big deal.

I played the BTC run from a few thousand to 18k and cashed out then.

I'm gonna HODL this time. I may even put in a few hundred a month and see where this goes.

You have to improve your enjoyment of learning, not just with your mobile phone. If you don't play with a mobile phone, you will be attracted to other things because you don't want to learn.
