ADDITIONAL STRENGTH IN THE LEADERSHIP OF XAURUM
The management of the Auresco Institute, which is an important part of the Xaurum project, will gain on its force. As of tomorrow Zdravko Poljaević, also the CEO of the company Kreativni najemi d.o.o. (trademark Autobroker) will join Auresco Institute and the creator of Xaurum and the Slovenian financial innovator Gaper Kenda, as the new CEO. The strengthening of the leading team is consequence of organic growth and the rapid expansion of the project to global markets.

Each project goes through several phases, and the Xaurum project has come to a point when it is time to move to a new, corporate level which requires a different organization structure if we want to remain effective in all areas. Therefore, I am welcoming the arrival of Zdravko, who will be focused on day to day business and integration of individual parts of the project. I will be able to fully devote myself to what is closest to me that is further development of Xaurum and I will finally have time to take on the role of the worldwide project ambassador.

As a supporter of the Xaurum project, I have been active since the summer of 2017, when Kreativni najemi d.o.o. were among the first to accept xaurum as an equivalent payment (exchange) asset to classic currencies. I sincerely believe that it is possible to create a widely accepted currency with a real value in the background. I respect creativity and I like to work in creative ways, but I stand firmly with my feet on the ground. I oppose to any inflatory and spinning practices in the business world as well as in real economy, finance or crypto world.
Value is based on the trust of all participants. Trust brings rewards on one hand and distrust punishes on the other. Xaurum embodies knowledge, a universal simple truth, hard work, verifiable facts, combine that with the right market momentum, and I see in xaurum enormous potential to become a widely accepted means of payment.
Due to its design xaurum is suitable for everyday use in all areas and in general. The crypto world and blockchain technology offer a great advantage, but at the same time they are also the guardians of the truth. I believe that Xaurum can connect an unlimited number of participants working hand in hand.
I believe that Xaurum can change the way of how we see the world today.

A RESPONSE TO UNTRUE RUMOURS CONCERNING X-GAMMA AND XAURUM PROJECTS
In past days, the portal kriptoreporter.si has published untrue and unverified information on X-Gamma and Xaurum projects. The basis for this was the news of termination of the X-Gamma project, which in itself represents a rare example of good practice, both in the ordinary and crypto world, as the participants will be repaid in full, and all the risks taken over by the project organizers. We have already responded to the false claims and misinterpretations and have contacted the publisher to issue a correction on the basis of the first paragraph of Article 26 of the Media Act (Zmed). Due to the damages to our business, we are also considering the use of other legal means. Below you can read the response to published falsehoods. It is worth adding that the kriptoreporter.si portal made no efforts whatsoever to check the rumors, inquire about the facts and ask our company for a statement regarding the published articles.
XAURUM IS NOT UNDER INVESTIGATION
Companies associated with Xaurum are not under any criminal investigation, which can be verified at appropriate institutions. On the basis of the controversial article published on the mentioned website on May 2, our business partner started an internal investigation and announced the suspension of the Bitins coupons for XAUR. We understand the concern of Bitins Ltd. for their users, because we also see our customers safety and our business transparency as the most important, which we have proven by arranging an independent audit report from one of the largest audit firms in the world PwC, and were the first of crypto projects of this kind to do so. We believe that the incident based on false rumors will be quickly resolved, and look forward to further cooperation with Bitins.
EARLY TERMINATION OF X-GAMMA PROJECT, PURCHASES WILL BE FULLY REFUNDED
The average cryptoproject has a lifetime of less than a year and a half, and more than 50% of the projects that have organized an ICO in 2017 have been abandoned. Failure is nothing unusual in crypto (or elsewhere), however a full refund of the invested funds is vary rare. The project management will organize the sale of the already completed villa Rustika to provide the funds required for a full refund to Gamma ICO customers, and the sale of unfinished villas will be enough to partially compensate for the costs incurred in project.
From the onset, the criteria for success and failure of the X-Gamma project were transparent, especially the financial aspect and the timetable. The necessary funds to carry out the project and the deadline for the development of real estate required to make the X-Gamma project successful, were required to start generating revenues in the 2018 season. These two conditions are codependent. Since sufficient funds have not been collected, the construction cannot continue and the deadline for implementation has been missed. This means that in the 2018 season, the X-Gamma project will not be operational. After careful deliberation we have decided to terminate all activities related to the X-Gamma project, as we have determined this to be the only realistic option in which the potential damage to the funds of the holders could be avoided.
More than 90 percent of funds were collected in FIAT currencies (euro and dollar), and the difference (less than 10%) in ETH and BTC. No matter how they were collected, the funds were immediately spent on the costs of building the real-estate, which means that the amounts in ETH and BTC were immediately converted into FIAT (Croatian kuna), therefore there was no profit made on the growth of cryptocurrencies. Every XGM token had a precisely defined equivalent in euros as was the sale price of the token. We have offered additional payment methods to customers who wanted to pay in ETH and BTC, however the moment the funds were received, they were replaced at the exchange rate in FIAT, as is written on each issued invoice received by customers for their purchase. Regardless of whether the crypto market has grown or fallen, their assets have not increased or decreased, but retained the fixed euro denominated value at the time of purchase.
X-Gamma was a crypto project based on real value, in this case real estate. The funds collected at the initial offer of coins (ICO) were intended for the construction of real estate and the sale of these properties makes it possible to return the funds. The project itself did not come to life and has not started to generate profits (in the current state this would have not have happened at least until the 2019 season), so we thoroughly decided to stop it. The possible continuation of the project would pose a risk to the holders, since the fixed ratio 1 : 1, that was guaranteed at the beginning. It seems fair to us that investors do not have their funds bound to a project on hold and to have the opportunity to redirect their funds elsewhere.
The project management as explained, has not generated any profits, but a business loss. It is worth mentioning that all the costs in connection with the organisation of the ICO (smart-contract, fees for currency exchange, offices, administration, accounting, employees, marketing, publishing, etc.) has been financed from the project managements own funds, in order to ensure that the guaranteed value could be preserved. We are adhering to the rules, conditions and obligations that we have determined at the start of the project, and therefore believe that our customers trust in us has been justified.

We are informing you, that after careful consideration, we have decided to stop all activities related to the X-Gamma project. We have determined that this is currently the only logical and realistic option in order to prevent possible damage to holders and keep their funds intact.
It is currently not feasible to continue the project in accordance with the initial plans, because the two fundamental conditions set at the beginning of the project - the financing and the schedule - have not been met. There was not enough funds raised to complete the project within the set deadline in order that X-Gamma project could be successfully launched and started to generate revenues in the 2018 season. The continuation of the project would pose a risk for the holders, as you could not be guaranteed the preservation of a value in the ratio of 1 : 1, as promised at the start of the project. It also seems fair to us, that the holders do not have their funds tied to a project that is idle, but have the opportunity to redirect their funds somewhere else.
More than 90% of funds were gathered in FIAT currencies and less than 10% in ETH and BTC. Funds were spend for construction. Deposits by holders will be valued in EUR and returned to the same extent as they have been invested. The means are provided by the mechanism of melting, which means that the gamma tokens are returned and destroyed.
The funds to return to the gamma token buyers will be provided by selling the
villa Rustika, and the return procedures will start seven working days after the villa has been sold. In case the villa could not be sold, the funds will be provided from other sources by 31 December 2018.
We thank you for the trust you have shown us and your understanding. We are convinced that we have proven that we are trustworthy, as we are committed to honoring our obligation of returning assets in the amount of 1 : 1 in the case of early termination of the project.

From the very beginning Xaurum team is dedicated to transparency of its business operation. Therefore we are proud to announce that we took our dedication to the next level: Xaurum has become the first third party audited gold based token that has publicly revealed independent auditors report.
Xaurum gold reserves are stored and secured by Loomis International, the company which operates in 20 countries all over the World. It was very important to us to raise the transparency to even higher level, that is why we invited third party to audit golden reserves of the Xaurum project. We chose a reputable international company PricewaterhouseCoopers, dedicated to building trust in society and solving important problems. With offices in 158 countries and more than 236,000 people, they are among the leading professional services networks in the world. PwC is the second largest professional services firm in the world, and is one of the Big Four auditors, along with Deloitte, EY and KPMG.
Auresco Institute as the entity behind Xaurum project prepared its financial statements in accordance with the Slovenian tax and accounting policy. Part of these financial statements inventory was audited by PwC. Management of Institute Auresco prepared the Schedule of Gold Inventory, which was subject of audit by PwC. Inventory line item in financial statements consists solely of gold bars (gold reserves). During the process, Auresco Institute enabled access to all documents connected with its operation.
Auditors counted all of Xaurum gold reserves in Turkey and Slovenia in total amount of 129,119 kg as part of their audit of gold reserves (inventory). They have also inspected relevant documentation related to purchasing of gold reserves.

1st international Xaurum meetup
On Saturday, March the 3rd we prepared the first international meeting for representatives of Xaurum project. We hosted our partners and representatives from Brazil, Portugal, Croatia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland and Slovenia. The key members of our team presented all the current data about the project. On the meetings after that they exchanged the newest information regarding development of the project and there was an intensive training for newest mebers in Xaurum family: representatives from Slovakia and Chezch Republic.
Partners and representatives were welcomed by Domen Vidergar, CEO of GN2 and sales director for central Europe, who explained the project in great detail.
Creator Gasper Kenda talked about the core idea behind the project, Xaurum becoming one of the most trusted and fair means of payments with the constantly increasing intrinsic value.
Mr. Sidney Rodrigues, country manager for Brazil explained that his team is ready and already started with all necessary preparations to succeed in reaching high sales expectations and expressed the optimism about establishing an effective money transfers from Brazil to Europe in the very near future.
Masternode Jure Ristic expressed great satisfaction about all the work that has been done behind the scenes, especially regarding the infrastructure of the project. I am really looking forward towards next few weeks, when all the hard work will become visible to everyone, said Ristic.
CEO of NiceHash and Autobroker, Mr. Zdravko Poljasevic talked about successful cooperation with Xaurum since Autobroker is first international company that accepts Xaurum as equal to all FIAT currencies. He pointed out Xaurums advantage as means of payments for micro transactions and that he believes in even more prolific cooperation in the future.
Brand manager Jakob Kapus prepared a presentation on Xaurums market position and on brand values.

From the very beginning, we are aware of the importance of strong ties with the community, as we are convinced that we must give back to society all of its support and a positive attitude. In that way brand becomes more and more an integral part of the environment from which it originates.
Within the framework of the first major project of this kind, we decided to sponsor the Continental Cycling Team Ljubljana Gusto Xaurum, where we found many principles that we also support ourselves.
It is a young team based on the 70-year tradition and knowledge of the Rog cycling club and is especially devoted to the development of young cyclists from Slovenia and abroad. The team that will take part in more than 60 races around the world in 2018 consists of young competitors from Slovenia, Australia, Japan, China and Taiwan. This cycling team is one of a kind among other crews and for that reason they gladly took on the slogan of one of a kind cryptocurenncy Xaurum - Adding Value as their own. Their added value is a global approach, the dissemination of expertise among young people and enthusiasm for a healthy lifestyle.

Masternode team released Xaurum app that will enable easier and faster registration of new Xaurum buyers. In the first stage application will be used only by exclusive sales representatives, so they will be equipped with a tool that provides KYC and AML protocols on the go.
In that way Masternode team ensured an environmental friendly business policy, leaving less paper trail behind and greater efficiency.
For now, sales representatives can use the app on androides, iOS version is still in development. We are in the middle of the proces of registering the app in GooglePlay and App store. In the next stage app will be offered to general public interested in registering.
