im not doing a video verification. The rest i have sent no answers till now

so i was scammed 792 dollars by betpanda. Im just betting low odds tennis most of the time so i dont know what happened. I wanted to withdraw some of the money but like 1 minute after my account got blocked and i got this email:

I asked them kindly to tell me what my breachment was but i didnt got any answers since then. Just stay away from those scammers and everyone defending them r also scammers .

Cant show proof if they block my account and dont answer m emails. R u all bought by them or what ?

 i was blocked today and they want me to create a video where i say i fully understand the betpanda t&C ill send the email.

Thanks for reaching out. Support unrestricted my account yesterday so everything is fine now, but they couldnt tell me why it was restricted the first place so im a bit afraid now and dont know if i should stop betting on rollbit or not.

i registered on rollbit about 3 weeks ago and do mainly betting. I had no problems, i deposited funds and withdraw funds, but now it says i cant withdraw anymore. I asked the support, but they said they need to wait for a colleague. Thats about 7 hours ago and they wont answer anymore if i ask about an update. I dont know what to do anymore.
