Maybee OP could offer a 1:1.5 payment in x amount of time as an option? That way the shareholder determines the risk.
Even if everything goes sour, the Avalons are shipping, and should make BTC at some (fairly high)rate.
Worst case scenarios would be
1 - you pay for 60 days of 1GHash, but difficulty has skyrocketed and you get less than 1 BTC back.
2 - You pay 1 BTC for a guaranteed 1.5BTC(or other number), but may have to wait for some time due to increased difficulty.
3 - Op is trying to pull a scam, and you would loose either way. (your guess)
i Monitor this. i already tould it. when somethink like this happens i lower the Price and send back the difference to each shareholder.

a user submitet me a good fix for this, when i wont recive the unit in time, i just lower the Price and payback the difference to all shareholders.
Anyone got any proof of Hash Rate per share?
i dont have the unit atm.(i think it will be shipped this week, since Batch#2 is in shipping Phase)

each of them will be rent for 60days. how you come up with 10 years?
63*60 = 3 780 days. (around 10 years)
That means that the last guy will not have anything before 10 years...
