I had my miners unpaid for 3 hours from 1600gmt to 1900gmt and missing 0.30LTC

Scam artists.

There response was:
Matthew C Yesterday at 19:13

Hey,

At the moment we encounter some technical problems with scrypt mining pools. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Our tech team already works on the problem but we can't name the time when everything will be okay yet.

Best Regards,
Matthew, CEX.IO support

And:

Matthew C Yesterday at 19:44

You can temporarily reconnect your hardware to another pool. We don't pay for these losses as the LTC pool is only in beta stage and being tested.

Best Regards,
Matthew, CEX.IO support

A bit late after you have stolen the mining time from us all. I saw all the payments I should have received but none were confirmed.

It was fun while it lasted.

A clever marketing scheme, because you have to reach a minimum payout level, and no option for payout for first 48 hours.

That means they will keep some miners until they reach the 48hr or minimum payout threshold.

The word spread very quickly, so the early bird caught the 1st worm, the next birds caught some worms and the last birds well.................. Shocked

What we do learn from this is that POOLWAFFLE is one of the earlier birds and that shows us that POOLWAFFLE is earning his keep.

I remember the days of 72 hours work straight with no sleep.  Wink

Best regards,

Axco.

It may have been too good to be true but clever marketing.

It's very good to know you are not asleep at the wheel/switch poolwaffle.

Keep up the good work, stay on the ball,

ghas.IO has almost 40gh/s now.half of the wafflepoolminers switched there

well, not quite "half of miners" - there was one 18 gh/s whale and, yes, seems like he's on ghash now
18gh/s 1 rig?i cant imagine

no a farm of rigs..

That's greats new, thinking on your feet.

If you can make it work that's greats news for the next 6 days anyway.

It allows a little breathing space for more thinking time and for the markets to recover/satbilise.

Good on ya, PoolWaffle.

Why not call a friend and ask them to check in on your place to see if it is secure.

When you get home buy an IPcam and install it where you can see your rig, so that you can log onto it from your phone to look in your place to see if all is ok for when you are away next. You can set them up to record and have motion detection also.

Buy and install a motion detection alarm that calls you from a cheap mobile phone if anyone enters your home while you are away.

Order yourself a pizza for delivery and wait to see if they call back to say no answer, whats going on ? If after an hour there is no call you should call the pizza place back and say where is my pizza. If they say it was delivered and paid for then some one is in your home eating a pizza probably.

You can do the same with a taxi / cab,

Call your landlord to say you had a call saying you had been broken in to, you have called the police could he go and wait for them to arrive .

May be your rig is just malfunctioning, or the place is on fire because it overheated and the building is burning down.

I would not worry too much if you had been broken in to I am sure you would of had a call by now, and the insurance will pay for you a brand new rig in that event or if there has been a fire.

2 of the corsair AX1200i model modular power supply units.

I hook thr 24 pin cable that goes to the mother board to the 2 PSU (Powers Supply Units) with a PSU2 cable splitter it joins 2 wires of the 2 psu to  make them both realise they are switched on from the mother board.

They sit separately ( individually) in the same rig tie wrapped to the frame, and just joined by 2 wires out of the 24 pin cable block that goes to the mother board. You can buy them at most places ebay, amazon or pc suppliers for around £10.

1 powers 4 cards, the other powers 2 cards and the mother board.

You can just do it with a pin or paperclip if you really want to. just join the green and the black on the psu not connected to the motherboard

Tope that info helps.

I guess it is from coins that need to be manually traded and are stuck in an exchange somewhere waiting to be paid out to clevermining and then to us in btc.

There is a similar problem happening on waffle pool at the moment, they are changing the way they pay out from once a day to multiple times a day. The opposite of what some people are asking for on clevermining, I hope if Terk changes to one payment a day we don't run into this same problem here as wafflepoll are now encountering.

Quote
Note: Payouts are being changed slighty (multiple times per day), please see here for more information.

Those of you still mining at our default domain (wafflepool.com instead of one of our geo-located hosts), please update your configuration as we will be disabling mining on the base domain in the next couple days.
Payouts (Feb 26th)
Over the past few days we have been having delays on payouts from one of our major exchanges that we trade coins on (Cryptsy). Essentially we request bitcoin withdrawals for all of the amount we have held with them (enough to cover all of our payouts), however, by the time the withdrawal clears (6-12 hour delay recently), we have accumulated enough new earnings, that we no longer have enough funds from that withdrawal to complete payouts, and have to start another withdrawal (perpetually).

Starting today (until this is fixed, or we have a better solution), we'll do rolling payouts each time one of the withdrawals clears, and will continue to pay users with the same threshold (0.01btc). We will pay groups of users at a time, and will select users on the basis who hasn't been paid in the longest time. Everyone will still be paid their full earnings, there are no coins missing, etc. We just need to start paying in smaller batches, a few times per day (instead of one large batch).

I'll try my best to get this resolved as quickly as possible so we can get to a state of consistently timed payouts, but right now, the majority of this is out of my hands, and I'm waiting on responses from Cryptsy

Re: Low hashrate on 7970 scrypt? Under 700Kh/s? Here's what to do...

Anyone got any ideas or suggestion / help for these please:

I Have 2 x XFX R9-280x-TDFD / R9 280X 1000M BOOST 3GB D5

They have been clocking very stable at ~702Kh/s for 3 weeks ( GPU clock 1020, MEM clock 1500, 1200mv )
powertune 20. Using CGminer3.7.2 each card matching pretty much constant.

I have also had them run stable for over the last week at this ~725Kh/s ( GPU clock 1050, MEM clock1500, 1200mv )

Just the last 2 days one card has been dropping down to ~614Kh/s regardless of clock settings above and into the ~500KH/s at stock clock of GPU 1000, MEM 1500

It starts of ok for the first 15 mins where they both match then it drops off bouncing from 64% load to 99%load spending like most time between 64% and 70% load. approx. 580kh/s  - 615Kh/s THE OTHER CARD JUTS SITS STABLE 724Kh/s - 725Kh/s

I have ran several programs to check it, the only thing I have noticed during the tests and overclock programs is that the fan speeds reports they are only spinning the fan at 70% of the other card even when it reports 100% in test programs it shows actual rpm of the other cards saying 70%.

So while 1 can spin 3150RPM at 85%     the other card reports 2800RPM at 100%

OR there is a bit of give and take on the figures below +/_  of 25 - 50  I just took averages.

GPU0 Fan speed ~100% =RPM 3150   GPU0 Fan speed ~85% =RPM 3150   GPU0 Fan speed ~75% = RPM 2850
GPU1 Fan speed ~100% =RPM 2800   GPU1 Fan speed ~85% =RPM 2800   GPU1 Fan speed ~75% = RPM 2500

I have swapped the cards round in there pcie x16 sockets and it makes no difference.

I have tried running in both CGminer 3.7.2 and SGminer4.0

In both programs the same card is down in KH/s on what it normally is, while the other runs same as always. They are only 4 weeks old.

Any Ideas, advice  or suggestions would be welcomed ?

Thanks Axco

HI,

Firstly I should say I am in the UK with 230volts supply, my rig is on a 32amp circuit with rdc breakers.

My Corsair Ax1200i psu's are platinum rated 90+

My 6 card rig runs on win8.1 64bit

It did not work straight out of the box with 5 or 6 cards 4 yes.

I had to remove the amd and or gigabyte drivers and go with the windows provided ones which also changed the cards in device manager from R9 200 series to HD7900 series, but it works and they are all clocking at 775kh/s undervolted by 20%

It was a headache the set up day, because I added 1 card at a time up to the 4th great when I added 5 and 6 it all went wrong but I got it sorted with in the day.

Now it has been mining none stop 24/7 for 2 weeks.

Axco.

Edit, I also have a 45watt 24" fan and the LED back lit monitor running of the same socket with the power meter in (similar to a killawatt)
