What kind of assets are you referring to when you say Axio is an assets backed cryptocurrency.
Are you talking about physical assets, digital assets or precious stones or all of them

The Axios Foundation will issue and retire axios as a part of Axio-denominated debt instruments such as loans. Wherein each loan will be issued for a specific amount of axios with interest paid in axios, and the lending activity recorded in a blockchain. The Foundation will offer various types of loans including business loan, letter-of-credit, line-of-credit, etc. The lending process will be automated, and the loans will be available around the World. The Foundation will not support the fractional-reserve banking and the securitization of loans.

Dear Axio Foundation team will you explain me please, what Axio Token/Coin cryptocurrency is? What problem does it solve?

The Axio Token is an investment in Axio that will be issued when the platform becomes operational. The Axio is a revolutionary asset-backed cryptocurrency designed to address many deficiencies found in existing cryptocurrencies, such as a lack of identifiable intrinsic value, extreme volatility, unsuitability for business operations, and it will be enabled to function as money. Additionally, it will be able to function across international borders as a corporate security.

I want to know what is the distinguishing factor that makes Axio Foundation unique from the rest of the cryptocurrency pool?

The Axio is not simply a cryptocurrency, but a component of a patent pending asset-backed cryptocurrency monetary system.

To ensure the formation of a market price, the real use of tokens is necessary.  What will the real use of tokens be during the first two years?

The Company expects to convert the initially-sold Axio Tokens into the Axio, which will be functional on the Company’s yet-to-be developed Platform. Consequently, for the first two years the Axio Token will function as investment in the Axio.

That is, the first two years AXIO will not have real use?  Then it will not be profitable for investors ... Buying on the market will be cheaper than on STO ... Therefore, there should be a clear plan for maintaining the price for the first two years - for example, the repurchase of all tokens that are sold below, for example, half the price of STO

1. As the project moves closer to completion, the value of the Axio Token should go up, not down.
2. All the components of the monetary system do not have to be completed all at once.
3. Funds raised in the STO are for the project development.

What are your plans to drive adoption and use of the request network? Can you do online monitoring of the most important ecosystem indicators? For example the number of connected Internet sites, the total number of burned tokens, the number of users per day, etc.

The Axios Foundation will process all transactions (except for p2p Axio Cash), so this issue is not applicable to Axio.

Why did Axio decided to make their token a security token knowing the stand of many crypto community members about security tokens! Especially in the area of fund raising because not many or no exchange will list a security token or launch an ieo with them,
Do you have a plan B in the case where the project is not able to raise the needed funds for development? Maybe you should have had a thorough understanding of how people react to security tokens before engaging in it.

The ideals of the crypto community demonstrated for the past decade that they are unworkable in commerce. Coins like bitcoin are properties with speculative value while commerce requires securities. To create a contender to fiat, the Foundation has to issue securities.

Please keep in mind that the goal of the bitcoin was to create an alternative currency that would serve the people. This is what Axio is about. But if the crypto community doesn't approve then what exactly their ideology is for?

The Foundation is capable of conducting the offering by itself, however it is working with offering platforms such as tZero and BnkToTheFuture.

We all know and love complying with GDPR (General Data Production Regulation) when it comes to the real world, but how will you integrate GDPR with existing blockchain (Axio projects) to comply with current directives, such as Bitcoin or Ethereum?

Depending on the implementation of the Axio (e.g., as a US registered security, currency or both), it will either comply with the US securities regulations and/or the US banking regulations. The Foundation may also move accounts offshore where protections for account holders may be greater.

Two years is a fairly long period for cryptocurrencies .. The price can drop significantly.  What does AXIO intend to do in order to support price?

Before the Axios Foundation begins operations, the price of the Axio Token will be determined by the open market. Investment by its nature involves risks, uncertainties and other factors which should be considered before making an investment.

What will be price of an Axio Foundation Token at STO sale? If someone participates in STO then how much one could make money and how long will it take?

Thank you

The Axio Token offering prices:

$0.55 per Token for an amount < 10,000 Tokens
$0.50 per Token for an amount ≥ 10,000 and < 100,000 Tokens
$0.45 per Token for an amount ≥ 100,000 Tokens

Preregister to receive an additional 5% discount on your first purchase.

After the offering, the company expects that the Axio Token will trade on an exchange until the Foundation will begin operations in approximately two years after the offering, at which point the Axio Token will be converted into Axio that will function as money.

Since Axio will be functional money that will offer many advantages over fiat, the value of Axio should be substantially higher by the time the Foundation will begin operations. Since there never was a crypto capable of challenging fiat, there is no way to predict the value of the Axio. Additionally, because many analysts predict that high inflation is imminent, it is likely to raise demand on the outstanding Axio Tokens.

What do you think about start STO on http://startengine.com ? Laneaxis, for example, collected 1 million dollars from march to middle may 2020 on this platform

The StartEngine only offers Crowdfunding (for up to $1M) or a Reg A+ that costs $100K. So either one is not a good fit for the Axios Foundation which is an early startup.

Any news about STO? What about SEC? SEC already approved AXIO? Thank you for answer

The STO is being delayed due to COVID-19. Meanwhile, the company is looking for investors, attending summits, and is considering listing the Axio Token on tZERO.

The Axio Token is a security under the SEC Regulation D, Rule 506(c), which does not require an SEC approval.

Any news about STO? In my opinion, now is the time to start STO.  People are actively interested in alternative money systems at the time of the financial crisis.

The problem is that the crypto community is religiously attached to decentralization despite lack of progress and clear evidence that it is not possible. While the media only publishes what interests the crypto community. And then the Axios Foundation, as a U.S. corporation, is not allowed to engage in deceptive advertising, while the crypto community is infested with scammers. So it is a catch 22.

The project needs $5-20M to implement the components of the monetary system, and the economic collapse is not helping. Attempting to raise that much money without the support of the community would result in a failure. So the project needs more exposure before proceeding.

Minimum Purchase: $ 1,000 whether only for US residents or for all investors who will purchase AXIO tokens

It is for all investors. However, it is not set in stone. Considering a high cost of KYC/AML and the fact that not all registered investors will invest, what would you consider minimum investment should be to be able to raise $5-20 million?
