People don't just abandon what will fetch them money and benefit other people(users, investors) I think people abandon projects because they already believe it will be another failed project. Secondly, they abandon projects because they are scammers, it is what they do.
So we need to be careful when entering or buying into these new projects coming out everyday.

To me I don't think anything is going to kill ETH, a lot of ETH killers have been predicted over the years and ETH is still waxing stronger and stronger. Tezos, cardano and lots of other projects were tagged ETH killer

I believe what drives this current crypto market is different from that of 2017, 2017 was about whales getting their hands on whatever and predicting/pushing prices up. This time around a lot of players are in the market, it is difficult to tell.

Cryptocurrency is nothing without bitcoin, cryptocurrency is of Bitcoins and altcoins, but the main engine that drives this big cryptocurrency is the bitcoin. I think to invest you will have to believe in bitcoin and understand how it works.

Well, not everyone coming into the crypto world came with the same mindset. The same thing is applicable to DeFi, even centralized exchanges. I believe it boils down to investors generally, if investors refuse to feed these scammers I believe they will have a rethink without the big audience they are having now.

I totally agree with you, few years back, Airdrops are free and anyone could participate. I mean it's a way of advertisement and getting more people to join your project community and discuss more about your project. But these scam drops like you said it don't care about this, all they are after is money and crooked way to get it.

Be aware that it is not all tokens on uniswap that is worth buying, many are good in the beginning and people already did pump and dump on it. It is now left for you to open your eyes and be smart if you are a new token investor.

Blaming bounty hunters for downturn in the price of a project is just ridiculous to me, I mean I'm a bounty hunter and I don't even dump my rewards at a go. If the project developers have enough demand for their product in the market there won't be that downturn.

From inception, IEO has proven to more effective than ICO I guess part of this is because exchanges hosts IEO. But recently there has been a decline and in comes scam exchanges with fake everything including fake buyers. This has also made investors lose a lot of money with the wave of new projects out there right now

To some reasonable extent, the attention coming recently to the crypto space is targeted or seen to be towards Bitcoin, this is another proof that Bitcoin can not be replaced, but will keep getting stronger, while top altcoins will be growing and on their own.
