Mining reward is low at the moment because of the peculiar reward scheme this coin has: you can check the graph on the OP for more information. Basically mining becomes more interesting toward the end of the cycle while PoS has fixed reward (the last three digits of the block number gives you the reward: block 112002 will give a 0.01 reward)

Not sure what you mean, but probably the PoS result is not the same because the reward is variable according to the difficulty. You can check the graph on the first page of this thread to know what reward you can expect.
Basically, the best reward is when PoS difficulty is close to 0.00006 (which is the case right now).

Or you can also get the information by typing getinfo on the console of your TEK wallet.

My message was just to point out the fact that converting BTC to fiat involves the disclosure of personal information, which is not acceptable for some people (not my case )

Anyway, to get back on topic I noticed the micro-staking is active again and TEK difficulty is now flirting with 0.00xx values...

I hope I won't go too much off topic but here's my point of view:

While we're moving in the cryptocurrencies world, anonymity is a must and many people love that possibility (whatever the reason, legit or not).

When we use fiat instead, we have no other choice than being subjected to the 'real world' laws and that's the point many people miss (I'm not aiming at nobody btw, it's just a general observation).

Exchanges like cryptsy are the interface between these two worlds so we must be prepared to sacrifice our anonymity from the moment we want to switch from one world (crypto) to the other (fiat).

Nope, they didn't asked my anything for this withdrawal.
I did a 100 EUR worth BTC deposit on their website in June and the only thing they asked me until now is to confirm my email address.
