A couple of months ago I ordered, paid for, and received my S1 (in Canada) with no problems (other than the stupid Bank). The ONLY communication I received from 112bit was a automated notice of payment which included a Order# - that's it that's all. No ETA, no tracking number, nothing.
Which is fine, I suppose if you don't have any problems or questions whatsoever, and you get your product in a timely fashion - which I did - although I didn't know what day it was coming, and just happened to be home when it arrived. It all worked out fine.
But my second order, for an S3, was a total screw-up at my end. I tried to communicate this several times with absolutely zero response as to whether I had time to make the payment, or not. I still don't know. So after much effort in trying to get a response, in the end I made another order and paid for that in Bitcoin immediately, instead of a pain in the arse bank wire transfer.
Anyhow, my feeling is, unless there's something 112bit considers a very serious problem to them, or presumably their customers, forget about any kind of communication from their end. I guess Juan et al are far to busy to respond to the little things. Which I'm ok with actually. Now that I think I know that's the way it is, and as long as I get what I paid for as promised - which I have in the past. After all, I'm not being forced to buy product from 112bit, or getting ripped off. Unlike a lot of other things I'm forced to pay for at gunpoint, like, for say, the Canadian Health Care Cartel; armed expeditions of fucking yahoos to shoot up Afghanistan for shits and giggles, ect ect ect.
Long Live 112bit!
