You do not nuke users for mental illness. That's against the freedom of speech. Besides there's no such rules that will allow to nuke the said user for mental illness.

If the issue is mental illness then first we need to nuke game-protect, then there's few users like CH as TOAA, Thule (gone very quite lately) and few more.
