Anyone a clue how to fix this?
Opencl shows the devices like it should. ETHminer works without a problem.
Hopefully someone can help or point me into the right direction.

can you paste a screenshot here please. That will be more helpful for ppl here to understand your problem and solve a solution for this. And you should also give your rig specs. And remove if you have any nvidia GPUs in your mining rig. And try again.
Got it working now. Upgrade to the latest kernel 4.15 and now its working. But for some reasons i cannot change the powerplay mode with using rocm-smi
