Ja, wird. Es ist ja auch nur eine BTX Adresse an die gesendet wird. Das was auf der Deposit Adresse dann ankommt wird Deinem Exchange Konto gutgeschrieben.
Du darfst aber nicht vergessen, dass nicht Du sondern der Exchange die Deine Deposit Adresse kontrolliert. Es ist durchaus üblich, das Exchanges die Beträge oder teile davon nach dem Eingang dir zwar gutschreiben, diese aber auf der Blockchain weitersenden. Das kann dann zur Folge haben, dass Du beim Snapshot Zeitpunkt einen geringeren Betrag, oder auch gar keinen auf der Deposit Adresse hast und entsprechend weniger oder gar nichts erhälst!

Also besser eine BTX Adresse verwenden, die Du auch kontrollierst!

Ich habe gerade ein Backup meiner BYTEBALL walltet unter Android gemacht.
SETTINGS->Full backup , dort Passwort angegeben und auf EXPORT gedrückt.
Das scheint auch funktioniert zu haben.

Habe ich irgendwas übersehen, oder gab es da keinen Hinweis wo das Backup abgelegt wird?

Bezüglich der "kostenlosen" Transaktionen bei IOTA möchte ich folgendes anmerken. Es stimmt zwar, das keine Fee im Falle von IOTA vorgesehen ist, da jede Transaktion den POW zum andocken an die Tangle selbst leisten muss.
Praktisch wird das in naher Zukunft aber nur noch Nodes möglich sein, die über eine spezielle HARDWARE dafür verfügen (JINN Chip oder ähnliche ASIC Implementierung). Alle anderen rechnen sich 'zu Tode'.
Man ist dann als IOTA Nutzer "gezwungen" in spezielle Hardware zu investieren (indirekt also doch einige Kosten) , oder man nutzt einen Dienstleister, der über entsprechende Hardware verfügt (ebenfalls Kosten).

Ich habe den Eindruck das dies vielen nicht bewusst ist.
