This isn't a Bitcoin fork. It's an entirely new software suite that provides an easy to use API to handle all of your ICO needs.

Interesting, it's not described as a fantasy sports site, but a platform containing a set of services. I wonder if they will adopt provably fair teams as MVP has.

Parsing NFL plays correctly, next step is exposing API for this and using existing NBA contest code as a baseline to implement NFL daily contests!

MVP Lineup Token is NOT an altcoin. It is an on-site token which represents a percentage of future profits, until the Waves asset exchange is finished and working well.

For investors information: don't invest waves in this project cause they convert it to btc at rate much lower than bittrex price.
I invested 1000 waves at day 1 of crowdsale, which was around 0.3 btc at that day. I expected to get around 0.345 btc equivalent of MVP-Lineup tokens due to first day 15% bonus. But i got only 0.3 btc including bonus.
I asked for refund of my waves to reinvest btc to this project but was denied.

Waves exchange rate for MVP Lineup Crowdsale is updated in realtime on the site and posted on the crowdsale page, right under Instructions.
In order to be fair to everyone, we cannot offer anyone a bonus after the bonus period has ended.

Making good progress. BTCDDEV can probably give an update on the backend today. Our target is still early October (week 4 or 5 of the NFL season as it has always been. I'll make a more detailed post about our situation as the crowdsale wraps up on the 15th.

I've got the full NFL rosters updating (with injury statuses) and detailed information about the season schedule. Already got these exposed through the MVP API to the frontend, which gives me an easily extensible baseline to add more functionality. Next comes parsing box scores, editing my alteady-existing NBA code to allow you to create teams, join contests, etc. and making API calls for these as well. Then we are testing!
