After a month, the ticket has finally been resolved. It took multiple PMs to MICRO and Stunna, who have still not replied since, after giving assurance that it would be resolved "very soon" and acknowleding the ticket as a "top priority." Two tickets had to be created through the Support Ticket system. Nevertheless, the ticket has finally been resolved with a bonus added.
Mladen was the one to address both tickets. The first ticket, he stopped replying to after a few replies back and forth for whatever reason. The second ticket (same issue as the first ticket), however, was resolved within 24 to 36 hours of its creation.
Moral of the story? Create multiple tickets...

Did you raise a ticket on primedice. If you did, it will take up to 24 hours to respond to your query. If you want a faster service, you can contact MICRO directly here and he will be able sort you out. I hope this helps

So clearly my posts are being ignored for whatever reason. This was "marked as solved" but I never received any emails about it and logging in still shows "unauthorized". Any updates or ETA on what's going on? Ticket: 15670.

All accounts that are left pending had some specific issue for us to fix . Dev promised me it will be sorted out today. So should not take more than 48 hours for all to be sorted out. We will include even bigger bonuses for people that waited this long.
So, is this ticket (15670) one of the ones still pending?

I don't understand. My issue still exists, but this user had his issue resolved (and a bonus) because he asked about it multiple times in an aggressive manner? Please assist me with the ticket #(15670) I've provided or at least let me know what more I could possibly do to have it resolved in a more expedited manner.

How would we possibly keep track of the last txid? I understand it's something unique for you guys to identify who is who, but that's pretty tough to keep track of -- especially, without a heads-up. I've provided other info the email asked for. Also, the one replying to the email has been great and very responsive. However, without a txid, what will happen? Ticket: 15670.

It doesn't have to be last txid.
You can easily find it in any wallet that you use. It has to have transaction logs.
