Step 1 - scammer dev sets up IPO for new coin, asks investors to send BTC and receive coins from IPO
Step 2 -scammer dev sends BTC to themselves and receives a share of the IPO coins
Step 3 - scammer dev sells IPO coins on exchange. aka PROFIT$$
the real question is why do so many people still fall for these scams???

Someone really dropped the ball today, maybe that CoinDev site or whatever you were partnered with, but it is a big set back for the future of the coin.
At least @ThisWeeksCoin you have realized the launch was a mess and are doing the right thing by doing a relaunch and allowing IPO investors a chance at a refund. Thanks for that.

Refund should be given for the IPO. The coin is now tarnished with this botched up launch and I don't want to be in for a re-launch anymore.

Indeed launch the coin properly... maybe they already have the BTCs from the IPO and are in Ibiza
Hope the dev will offer a refund before the relaunch. Only fair thing to do.
