nope , 4' & 5' april still in Pending status .

To follow up on my last withdrawal request of 400 mBTC, I have been patiently waiting for a month and a half... and only contacting support twice to prevent constant aggravation.

However, there has still been no news aside from live support staff Sebastian sending a 'payment reminder' on my behalf to the finance department. I am doubtful that the reminder would be of any use and grown more weary of the replicated replies as they do not offer any real solution.

for withdrawal , can the amount we withdraw subtract out from the main balance instead of same amount shown even when in Pending status . what if we've promo code from promotion / giveaway / competition ...  , its risky to use the code because it somehow will affect our balance due to wagering requirement (need to monitor our balance closely not let it fall below the wd amount which is in Pending status) . only if your pending withdrawal doesnt takes for days or weeks but within few hours , the above-mentioned shouldnt be any issue tho .

Sure it is good as it is a free way to test some games with a chance to win something if I'm lucky enough. It does not take a lot of my time, I can just use it with the max bet allowed and if I'm lucky enough then I'll win nice amount.
