Thinking that this news could bring BTC to a new real rally is wishful thinking IMHO.
still, it casts bitcoin in a positive light as an alternative to the banks that failed the stress test imo

On the whole, I think the price is destined for the toilet. That said, you have to go long. Not only are there a lot of shorts to burn, but there are a lot of shorts who are paying 73% annual interest (obviously, they'll only hold it open for a few days), plus transaction fees, plus about a half percent slippage on the spread... it's simply too expensive to short. Assuming people aren't complete morons, that means no leveraged sell pressure.

I doubt the price would drop below $266 to be honest, but we'll see. If it does go below that, I'll be willing to pick up a few extra at that price point.

Well i think if panic selling start (i hope not) we will see $300 max somewhere there bulls awaits.
if we breach the "bottom" of 340 or so, doesn't that mean that miners no longer have an incentive to run the network? I don't see how the whole thing would be allowed to collapse in on itself...the processing power of the Bitcoin network alone is tangibly valuable.
If it breaks 350, expect it hitting 300 too. Probably the floor.

amazon is supposedly going to start accepting btc by the end of the year, there was some speculation on reddit and the majority of people were saying Cyber Black Friday November 28 sooo.... yeah, if not by then, the xmass holiday shopping rush has got start the runup...i hope

how many coins were bought in that "big buy" on 9/23?
Lots, tens of thousands across all exchanges, changed hands in that crazy spike. Most of them at the top. Some at the bottom. So is the life of a trader. Why, what do you have in mind?

I think we are near the bottom. most of the volatility left is to the upside. I call the bottom at bitcoin bouncing at around $350, but I am already all-in

I have a thought that once one or two savvy billionaires catches on, they will decide to casually toss a few hundred million usd into the pot and try to get as big of a stake they can...that would be good for the price, no?
