I have to give it up to the OP, this is working quite well so far. I got the hang of how to work it Im starting to see some profit. Before I commit completely to this I want to give it a few more days, but so far I have to say its definitely worth the money.

I like Coinbase and it sister trading platform Gdax. You can send money from your Coinbase account to your GDAX account instantly and from there you can convert to lite coin or Ethereum very simply.

This can never truly come to be in my opinion. How could they possibly keep track of all the people holding private keys in storage? This just doesnt seem like a realistic venture.

I would suggest googling poker free rolls for a bit coin. Winnings from a poker free roll is actually what introduced me to bitcoin in the first place.

You know Im still trying to find out More Information on tokens myself. For now I would stick with coins there just seems to be too much popularity in a lot of money to be made.
Three coins that I would recomend are NAV, Deep Onion and ARK. All these have good potential in my opinion but you should do your own research on them.
This is probably the best advice Ive seen at least closest to my own personal opinion. There are a few other ones I have my ion but these are all looking pretty good.

I personally would probably stick to the more expensive coins. Theres a good market on them for a reason, seems like too many crypto currencys come and go and be hard to find one that you can depend on in the long run.

Not sure what you mean with such little description. Care to elaborate a little more on what you're looking for and what you're talking about? I may be interested but would need some more information.

For a seller like me the problem I face is being in a pretty niche market other than Facebook groups it would be impossible for me to sell my items. Considered building my own website but I've always worried about traffic issues. While eBay and PayPal fees are extremely high, The worldwide exposure for an auction site is unmatched. Just waiting for the next best thing to come along, but in 15 years it hasn't happened.

Man, what a sneaky crappy thing to do. Not sure of the ins and outs about how they can do that through your computer, but it is something that is nice to be aware of.
