Is it one ticket per person, or one ticket per 100 bit bet? Also, could you use a provably fair method for picking winners for the raffle, like using MP bets or block hashes?
You receive 1 ticket for every bet that is bigger than 100bits.
We will give the funds for both contest to a well known escrow and let him draw the lottery winners through a provably fair method.

Update: The code works perfectly fine. a minor hiccup initially, however it turned out to be an error on my half.

I think that is an error. Firstly i dont think the Bitcoin network and infrastructure could support that many confirmations over so little time.

Okay firstly vouch copies are good but giving out more than 3 or so doesn't get you anywhere.

Who can sell ranked accounts?

I think i can ask for people who already have bought the package to add trust to the profile.
I already have a vouch from legendary member, maybe ranked account would help to get more sales.
