friggin amazing, i just got a email that my order 6## is ready to ship and they want the last 50%, even tho i asked for a refund months ago.
and i was told to wait til b1 was sent out before i got anything

clearly these guys don't have anything under control...

that's hilarious.  It's pretty hard to make me laugh on this topic, but that did it.

send us more money.  actually made me laugh out loud.

sure BA, that payment will go out NEXT WEEK.

lol next week, made me giggle.

this is the responce i got when i told them i wanted my refund and not the damn brick.

Dear Customer,

We apologize for inconvenience, however, unfortunately we are unable to provide refund at this moment. Reason for 50% in advance payment was receiving funds for your order assembly and purchase of the required parts. As money has already been invested in to production and your unit we are unable to issue the refund until we are able to sell unit to other customers.

Regards Alexey A.

Regards,
Black Arrow Team

i dont even... what??
i mean?!? huh???!!?

then where did the scrypt asic money come from? >.<
no other revenue or source of income from anything but miners to pay us back?
bullshit!

man, am i glad i jumped ship. got my new psu`s set up and s3`s should be on their way in about 1.5 weeks  Grin

good luck to those of you who are still hanging in there...

How did you jump ship? I guess you ordered from a reseller and they agreed to refund you?

I don't know how he did it, but the reseller I bought from agreed to ship me comparably priced hardware. More than doubled the hashrate i'd be getting with the X1

i just opened a ticket and asked for a refund, got a reply after a few hours asking for a btc address.

4. To cover time used to refund this order, for each transfer needed to be made, we will charge 50 USD and all 3rd party fees. In some cases, we might also need to charge a further 30 USD handling fee for each incorrect or incomplete transfer information provided by the customer.

been lurking the forums from time to time checking the status on things.
didn't mind the delays so much cause i expected them (some delays at least), all the "next week" crap made me lol a bit and reminded me of bfl / josh witch made me think about jumping ship.
but i stuck through it anyways.

but seeing them send out orders to resellers that are about 1 -  2 months behind me in queue did it for me.

cancel`ing and getting s3`s instead...

emailing bitpay and hopefully they will cut him out.

considering ppl getting their sub`s revoked, i`m guessing he is dealing with stolen credit cards or something like that.

Since it hasn't been posted here yet:

Dear Customers,

We have just received a call from VeriSilicon and they'll tape out in few hours.
The files have been validated by the 10 servers that have been working for the past 36 hours and they are ready for upload to Global Foundries.
Right now VeriSilicon is going through the review of each department to get the signatures required for tapeout. Once this is complete the files will be sent to Global Foundries.

We will update you once the files have been sent (tapeout).

Regards!
The Black Arrow Team.

On a side note it may be good to know "IF" this tard is telling the truth that it is a competitor, then it would be good to find out whom the so called competitor is and then simply have all users DDoS the Fcuk out of them... ahhem, I mean avoid using their services.

I can sell some to you on my website. Do you need US or EU keys? Price for 60 day US key would be 28.99 usd, for eu key would be 31.99 USD. (In bitcoins)

Let me know if you're interested so i can order them and make them available for you.

no eu gametime on your site tho?

That is nice but no reason to bring this scam thread up again and again!
few persons already send message to mode for lock this thread but they not done so many coming here and giving him life

Yeah, mods tend to not bother with stuff like that.
but they must do this because now its just waste of time and nothing more

Post in scam accusations mods won't get involved with this.

It's redundant posting it in there too, as this has already been proven to be a scam. Plus, no money was scammed, just peoples time and effort.

The BA forum ecointalk has disappeared Undecided
It's back now.

yep and they're still not answering questions on status.  simple enough to answer whether or not they've gone to tapeout.  similar questions posted to their social media pages are being pulled down.

this is not looking promising in terms of an on-time delivery, or a minor delay, for that matter.  They've got nothing to show with one month until delivery but a heatsink and some CAD drawings of the cases - and won't answer questions.   If there is more, snap a few pictures, for crying out loud, instead of giving BS answers like this one from their forum, posted by staff today in a thread asking for an update:

"Updates will be posted when they are available, i can understand your points however, but i prefer well working product instead of couple of shiny pictures myself. I can make you a picture of thousands different parts in 3d, will it make you more happy?"

Simply put, that's crap.  customers are asking for updates, and rightfully so at this point, as this is looking very bad at this point in the timeline.

an honest update for those people that have in good faith sent thousands of dollars is not too much to ask.  if you're going to be late, fine, but it's time to level with your customers, BA.

don't get your panties in a bunch, i would rather have them work on the product`s then waste time posting pics / answer every question 100 times over.
