Hello everyone

I am using Phoenix miner but -mi doesnt work for some reason, is there a button to set mining intensity? I tried numpads + and - but it gives me text "GPU tuning is disabled only optimized kernels" or something alike
In my config.cfg there is -mi 8 for example but it mines with 100% intensity still

It's in the 'sensors' tab, the second one. 'GPU Load'

Found it but all 4 gpu are 100 percent at stock settings

Is it ok for a GPU to run +1000 mem clock for long perioids of time? My MSI gaming X 1060 6gb can run +1000 mem clock without errors but i'm thinking perhaps it's not good to run such high speeds for a long time... My rig is 2x msi gaming x 1060 6gb, asus 1060 6gb dual fan and evga 1060 6gb.

As long as the rig is running stable and not over temperature, it's perfectly fine. However in terms of overclocking, more is not always better and you might be using less than optimal settings with such a high overclock. If you're on Windows, a good way to find the most efficient settings is with the GPU utilization sensor in GPU-Z. Ideally you want to slowly increase your overclock settings  until you reach 100% utilization. That should be the optimal setting for your card.

Im at the gpuz app rn but cant locate the utilization, is it in the main page

Hi

Are there any other pools than Ethermine that I could try mining on? I've so far tried Ethermine and Herominers but Ethermine seems to be more profitable for me. I am located in Europe so I can't mine on Sparkpool for example right?

I have a question: if a PCIe 6pin cable can provide 75 watts, how it can power up a asus dual 1060 which have max 120watt power consumption? I'm trying to figure out how to power up a mining rig using two PSU's... Is it okay to power up two risers from a single molex cable? I would use molex -> 6 pin converters... And is it okay to use molex -> 6 pin or is it better to use dual molex -> 6pin?

Are there any fan hubs out there that is capable to control each fan individually? There is that Corsair Commander Pro but its 60 eur... My MOBO only have 1 non PWM header and 4 PWM headers, is it possible to adjust voltage with PWM header somehow?

Yeah I will go with the gigabyte 850w and hope it works...

I have a question about fan hubs, is there some kind of fan hub which I can connect to PC so that I could adjust speed of all the fans connected to the hub individually? And do I need to order a separate cable to connect the hub to the pc?

Guys is there any 850w PSU around 80-90€ that I could order from amazon? Only I see Mars gaming psu which is 64eur but it have too many bad reviews and i'm scared to buy that... Then there is gigabyte 850w at 100eur, should I go with that one? It's still over my budget tho

Is it possible to control the speed of a fan connected to a PWM header? I have only 1 non-pwm header in my mobo which I would like to use with cpu fan.. can I like extend the non-pwm header with a hub or smth

Is it possible to power up 5 gpus with 2 normal pc psus? How are the cables going to be enough when risers need power aswell? I have a 450W psu already and probably buying a 750W psu along with it but not sure how the cables are connected if I have 5 gpu's to power up

Why I cannot unlock the unofficial overclocking limits on afterburner? I allow all users to modify the file, then add the eula etc...

config:
Enable            = 1
UnofficialOverclockingEULA   = I confirm that I am aware of unofficial overclocking limitations and fully understand that MSI will not provide me any support on it
UnofficialOverclockingMode   = 1
UnofficialOverclockingDrvReset   = 1
AccessibilityCheckingPeriod   = 0

The option is also greyed out on afterburner settings and I can't find any help on google...

Also is it safe to run msi geforce 1060 6gb gaming X at 1000+ mem oc, the temps are around 60c and there are no errors? It could probably handle more than +1000MHz but i'm thinking is it safe to do so

Can I start up the mining rig by just touching the "power button" pins with some electricity conducting object?

Okay so I would need molex -> 6 pin PCIe converters too? Do I need to power up both, GPU's and risers from PSU? Or does the GPU take power from the riser?

Okay thanks for the replies

I found this on amazon.de: https://www.amazon.de/-/en/gp/product/B07B2LC8K3/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=A13ZJ94CYI3F7Y&psc=1
That will probably work... And what type of riser is good, a molex, pcie or sata powered one? What i'm thinking is that does my psu run out of molex connectors if the gpu's need power from them..

Hello

I'm looking to connect 3-4 gpu's to my mobo, is this a right splitter where I can connect the risers to? https://www.amazon.de/-/en/4Port-Express-Expansion-Adapter-5Gbps/dp/B08LQ88Y5N/ref=sr_1_9?crid=1OG3SDVRU9G88&dchild=1&keywords=pcie+splitter+bergbau&qid=1613525457&sprefix=pcie+splitter%2Caps%2C168&sr=8-9

If so, does this work on every pcie slot (16x, 4x and 1x)?
