PM Mullick (cryptsy tech that popped in the forum a few days ago)
No reply ,so he is acting like cryptsy support.

No reply , so that only leaves me Speculation.
Mullick, don't say I didn't warn you.So until the zeit wallet is working, I shall only refer to them as craptsy, because their zeit wallet has been offline since
Dec 18, 2014. On Feb 18th, that will be 2 months as least allcrypt closed their trading while they try and recover their zeit.
Craptsy now has
39 wallets offline for whatever excuse they want to use, one for over 6 months and it's trading is even still running.
By Craptsy allowing trading to occur when they have been unable to allow the buyer to receive his zeitcoins, is basically Fraud (a deception deliberately practiced in order to secure unfair or unlawful gain) , they are receiving commissions for an item that they are not allowing the buyer to receive.
Once regulations are in place for exchanges , the 1st one should be , IF the exchange is unable to deliver a cryptocoin within 1 week of request to receive it, they must stop all trading of that cryptocoin until they fullfill said requests.
For Craptsy that is currently 39 different coins, that they are perpetrating fraud by not allowing their coins to be received by the buyer.
@craptsy, if you keep wasting time by not getting the wallets working, how long do you think before some lawyer files a class action suit against you for failure to deliver their coins.
No matter how you argue about price , you are denying people of their property that they paid you for (price of coin will not matter), simple theft in other words , you have no position to stand on.
Serious quit the BS, and get the wallets working before 39 or more coin community join together and point out what you are really doing to the world. People won't use an exchange they know steals from their clients.

Well said Kiklo. This has gone on far too long. We should stop pussy-footing about. Zeitcoin holders are losing POS interest on coins stranded on Cryptsy. If Cryptsy are minting POS interest from Zeitcoins held on their site, then that could be viewed as theft since that interest technically belongs to the deprived owners of the coins. I like your idea of contacting all affected altcoin holders to act together in unison on this.
There is a financial regulatory body in place in the United States whose remit includes agencies dealing with virtual currencies. It is the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). They are empowered by the DoddFrank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.
