I can also confirm now that my Vega 56 works on Windows 10 using the newly posted kernel renamed as gfx900.bin.  I also had to downgrade to the 17.12.2 drivers, I tried the 18.5.1 and 18.6.1 with no success using either kernel.

Fee for EWBF is 2% by default and can be manually set.  All info on that is listed in his thread.

Sounds like you need to expand your virtual memory for that fifth card.  I think on average in Windows you need approximately 4gb per card.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but being an equihash based coin and algorithm, shouldn't your wallet address either start with a t or a z?

Equipool has been working fine for me using the new EWBF miner included in the Equiminer package.  Payments have also been accepted to my Coinomi wallet.  You might need to upgrade your wallet to version 1.4.0 with the new Zhash daemon, re-index to reload the chain.  Make sure you're using a new Zhash algorithm miner, check your pool payout settings too.
