We have a goal to setup the funds in Q1 2019. But all is not depending on us, since it's regulation case, and will need approval for that.

2-6 months is quite long, I believe they are asking hundreds of documents but afterwards you will be one of the few to have such rights, isn't it?
Yes. It's the classic timing to get a licence in the Financial Industry.

If you are one of the few to get it, I believe big guns (investors) will join... will you limit their potential weight as they may have way more voting power than others in the DAO?

How fast will you screen videos before it is live? ( after being moderated )
We've made some tests and it should be live in less than 30 minutes (when every step will be setup = not before Q2 2019)
That's quite good if there is a real human action behind.
Do you have a list of contents that will be automatically rejected?
How about explicit content that will need a valid age to be viewed?

By 2019 you are forecasting almost USD 200 million in total revenue. How many app users would you expect to have to achieve that figure?

Thanks, I went to check and now understand on how you wish to attract both traffic and content purchasers. But I believe the forecast revenue is also based on the app adoption.
Do you have a specific target of number of app users? i.e. users = traffic = advertisers' interest

What will be your investment strategies for your crypto trading fund? (sorry if my question is vague, I'd just like to understand the overall strategy)
