Can u please tell what use cases fits best for this database?
A lot of them depending on the problem you're trying to solve...Some of them could be - A public data-base where data can't be altered (immutability)
- Some records which store history like medical records which can only be updated by not overwritten.
On the technical end, it's decentralised and hence there is no central authority over the database.
So, this database allows only INSERT and SELECT WHERE id=? and UPDATE ... WHERE id=? or it also allows more complex queries?
Make some real business and publish it from your website. You can build your community with your early adopters and customers.
I mean how to build communities before having nothing.
It's all real project. Not scam. but people told me that it's just on paper, when having exchange, they would PR for me. I need KOLs and communities come with us when nothing is in my hand Anyway you should create some kind of page/channel/group etc. in social networks and messangers: facebook, twitter, telegram, steemit, discord, whatsapp bla bla bla...
Then you can start contacting people that could be interested in your future project and ask them to join your resources.

Have you tried Waves Platform? It is really easy to crate your own tokens ready for ICO via interface without any help of programmers. If you need some kind of complex smart contracts you should refer to Ethereum platform, but it requires some smart-contract programming skills.
I know that coinhive.com is doing XMR web-based-mining. But think twice before placing their mining code on your website... It is not very profitable (regular advertising is far more profitable) and will have bad affect on user experience.

Немного оффтоп... Неужели рынок крипто-сигналов (задолбали уже в телеграме - сил нет!) настолько велик и востребован, что данный сервис может претендовать на какую-то ощутимую прибыль? Какой тариф планируется - подписка или per signal? Какой вообще диапазон ценовой хотя бы для понимания?

Отсюда вывод: чтобы сделать алгоритм, который будет выгодно считать только на связке CPU + RAM, нужно подобрать такой класс задач, который:
1. очень хреново параллелится (это поможет только от щёлканья одной задачи параллельно на GPU, но не поможет от того, чтобы запустить их тысячу параллельно),

По первому пункту большой вопрос - а существует ли такой?
Очень хотелось бы чтобы он был. Однако особенность PoW в том, что нужно большое время в работе и очень маленькое время при проверке. Поэтому в обычном понимании "плохо распараллеливаемые алгоритмы" нам не подходят. Например, такой алгоритм PoW как расчет хэша SHA-256 я думаю, что тоже не распараллеливаемый алгоритм, но его просто запускают параллельно с разными параметрами nonce.
Вот над этим "Вычислительные операции алгоритма должны быть заранее неизвестны и задаваться, например, исходя из хеша предыдущего блока." нужно крайне хорошо подумать, т.к. будет весьма сложно заранее предсказать сложность (а значит и время) и вообще возможность расчета. И с таким подходом по-моему сети будет очень трудно регулировать сложность.
Может быть немного не в тему, но возможно будет интересно тем, кто хочет сразу код. Есть сервис coinigy.com (см. https://www.coinigy.com/bitcoin-exchanges/)
Они предоставляют унифицированный API интерфейс по взаимодействию с 44 биржами на данный момент (не только получение свечей и тикеры, но и выставление ордеров и т.д.) Есть готовые клиенты под nodejs, php, python и т.д. Дают WS-API и стандартное pull API. WS-API через node'овский socket cluster сделано.
Когда я себе покупал - стоило всего 15 долларов и обещали без ограничений по кол-ву обращений к API, но к сожалению API pull методы они все же ограничивают, но с радостью раздушивают после общения через тикетку.
