Yeah that is true, Vitalik created Ethereum at 17, now 23, so the problem is not that they are young, is that if they have the neccesary business skills, Vitalik worked with a bunch of people, including marketing expert, though maybe a few, here we ahve just 2 devs, very highly skilled, so to compensate, they should hire more people to help them in areas they may not be so good or don't have much experience, the project just started now with the public announcement of the devs and new website, from here on, is just up, until JAN 2019, where the product would be fully complete, because through out 2019, only new features to improve the product will come.

Try to have some machine before the ICO, i think it would be possible, but having installed and runnig, i don't think that is realistic, they need first to finished the ICO to be able to get the funds to do the stuff, please try to be more reasonable and don't ask too much of the team, they are already busy as it is.
