Re: Cryptocurrency Will Kill Cash ? Is this True
by

on 22/09/2018, 08:42:25 UTC
We should be right to understand that this cash and crypto is a completely different currency. I think Cryptocurrency is the money of the future, it will be more effective. Crypto can kill money but it may take a long time.

That is right. It is a slow process but it will replace the fiat eventually.

This market will not completely supplant the dollar or other paper money, but will take a large market share and everyone will use coins, because it is fast and safe

The bitcoin cash, bitcoin, ETH are all very fast. BTC has lighting network. It could be very fast.

a little bit late but not that too late.  Cheesy we are late because it is so hard  to rank up now compared to those who entered crypto earlier. A bit late compared to those who bought btc at $1k. But still, we are early compared for those that don't believe in crypto yet..

I think so. For example, if you buy Bitcoin Cash now, it is still early like you did with BTC a few years ago.

We can't say that its early or late for crypto. But those who join way back 3-5 years ago they are the lucky ones. Its not late for us, crypto will have a long way to go.

I think for the Bitcoin, it might be late. But for the Bitcoin Cash, it is still early as it has more to rise.

I'm going to give this a try as EWBF is only giving me this on a 4 GPU system:

Temp: GPU0: 59C GPU1: 65C GPU2: 69C GPU3: 64C
GPU0: 259 Sol/s GPU1: 265 Sol/s GPU2: 261 Sol/s GPU3: 262 Sol/s
Total speed: 1047 Sol/s
+-----+-------------+--------------+
| GPU | Power usage |  Efficiency  |
+-----+-------------+--------------+
|  0  |    220W     |  1.18 Sol/W  |
|  1  |    144W     |  1.84 Sol/W  |
|  2  |    170W     |  1.54 Sol/W  |
|  3  |    144W     |  1.82 Sol/W  |
+-----+-------------+--------------+

GPU0 is a 1080Ti and the other 3 are 1070's

I'm expecting around 1800 Sol/s (according to whattomine)

BTW, the zm.exe scan's mostly clean using virustotal, score is 4/68

https://www.virustotal.com/#/file/39209c0077e1fc42a5f511ac9e81817073a8d4623ebfc57fbec3308f96457316/detection

Your speed is low. You might need a good driver or reduce the memory frequency for the 1080Ti.

Wait and looking for Bitcoin, don't buy altcoin in this time. better wait for stable bitcoin, because if price bitcoin up, then altcoin price will down again. so be careful buying altcoin at the moment, my advice do not buy altcoin at the moment.

The Bitcoin has scaling problem. The lighting is still many months away. So people have to use other coins like Bitcoin Cash or Monero.

I think BCH price will comes up after their hardfork on this november. For now the price is getting down and down.

It is quite possible. People will use the Bitcoin Cash as a hedge of the risk of bitcoin.

This is a good time to buy altcoins, because we already saw the dead cat bounce and now sentiment is getting better and better. Also many hedge funds are waiting to enter the market.
The market was focusing on the bitcoin, and other just try to follow the price of bitcoin and at the same time the price of altcoin will be decreasing on the bitcoin value. This can't be considered as good time to buy alts.

After the altcoins drop another 20%, it is good time to buy the altcoins.

Now working on. Bcc 1.3.3

As bcc 1.3.2 does not work well.

The only thing I have to say it is a good thing I transferred the small address.

It looks like the bcc 1.3.2 is a bad choice.

The bcc 1.3.3 seems stuck at the moment.

Did you download from

I scaled down from 6 GPU to 5GPU rigs. Way more stable, cheaper parts (mobo + PSU) and also parts widely more available. Win win all over the place

6GPU has gigher density.

this has undone so much hard work for me.  I need to get everything off poloniex now as I can never trust that site again.

I'll keep an open mind - if it's due to DDoS, then the options for them or any exchange of similar size are limited.

Some times it is due to us reflashing.

I agree with this post and I believe its very likely to reach $10.000 in 5 years.
But I am scared of rejection chance, rejection would kill all the hype and it may return to $850s.

I think the $10000 figure can be reached between 3 to 4 years, depending on the adoption of bitcoin in the world.

Re: Which is the most secure mining method?

There are multiple ways of mining coin like PoW,PoS, Scrypt, Hybrid(PoW + Scrypt). But the most reliable one tile date as in my opinion is PoW. PoW  (an protocol/an function) which is used to prevent spam on network by requiring some work from service requester usually meaning  processing time of an computer.

Most PoS coins are losing value.

Re: How do you trade with crypto currency?

Hi there,

I've started trading a few months ago with a very small amount and it was quite effective for me. 80% of my trades are based on technical analysis and 20% on rumors, tweets, announcement, etc.

I'm curious what is the most common technique do you use for trading?

Good luck,

80% is enough because nobody can be 100% for sure if an crypto currency worth or not investing. I sometimes just check if the price is changing often and I risk to buy and sell some coins but with lower amount because I don't want to risk for example 1BTC in a coin I have not much researched.
I agree 80% is enough for making profit from bitcoins, because usualy i can make profit from trading is just 5% of capital as constantly every month. But it is enough because my bitcoins will growing up although slowly.
Someone is wanna make an over 100% of their profit and that is so greedy person in my mind, in trading I do not need a big profit I just nit a stable profit or income. that's already enough for me.  impossible for make more than 100% of the profit from the total capital ni this time.

100% would be  possible  on trading   cryptos and you would really need  much research  of information  on a certain  coin  and also  you must need luck to a particular best  moment to  buy or to sell which could make  gain of  profits 100% would be  achievable though  but as you said we should  be contented  on what would  be  the results  of our each trade as  long  its a succesful one.
Duplicating your investment is possible but you will need  to enter in markets with lots of ups and downs and the risk of losing money in such a markets is a lot greater.

Doubling investment with the bitcoin is quite difficult. You need lots of experience and capabilities to do that.

i use different exchanges and some time online sites for for crypto currencies for trading.

Well I am using only the most trusted exchanges like poloniex and most of the time I am monitoring my trades with yobit.

Because I find it very easy to use and to buy with different alt coins that I am able to trade. And I am selling all my trades fast if I am able to see a good profit.

And that is ranging $5-$10 per day.

Do you mean you can earn $5 to 10 per day? That is quite small amount if you can earn more in day job.

I have a trade group and I use groups, twitter and the information about 80%, and 20% I use the technique because I am not so good in analyzing techniques and still in the learning stage.

That's a great thing because doing it together in a group is always safe when it comes to any cryptocurrency or altcoin...
I would like to join groups, but getting none ATM... Can you please let me know through PM whether it's possible to join yours or not???
I would also like to learn it with you in a better way...

If you are part of a big group, you might be able to influence of the price of a particular coin.

There is only one technique that choose carefully for buying coins for you to earn . And buy low sell high that the thing to remember for you to make good profits and huge profits . Since trading you can lose if you buy coins not lifting so better choose well you earn to buy and not sink . Many novice to trading does not know the losses so goes the money they use in trading .

I think it is better to trade the coins with top 20 market capitalisation. It might be less profitable, but it is safe.

I only trade those popular coins with a lots of volume, user support and always have good news about the development.

I do trade  them too but I'm more interested on the  high risk high profit coins.  Those that is labeled or potential Pump and Dump coins.  You can earn 10x easy with  these coins but well if your unlucky you will end up bagholding useless coins.  Though Im interested in this type of coins, i never comment in their thread because i know it  willl be gone soon. Cheesy so why  waist my time.

I do not trade the high risk high profit coins. I only trade the Monero, Lisk, Dah or Ethereum, they are safter.

Usually i choose the altcoins with big potential to trade and i avoid the shitty new coins. There is some known altcoins actually used by big community and their prices is increasing as well

that is right. I only trade the established ones such as the Monero and Etheruem. They are much less risky.

I do not see much price fall in the last few days. The price is quite stable around the $585 level so far.
