Bas.....remake the cards/toys free of charge. Now ship them all to everyone with tracking information. Upload receipts and share with minerjones. Ill cover all the costs of shipping which minerjones will pay you after everyone confirms receipt.
This is a reasonable proposal. Let me estimate the time needed.

I have been working with my "friend" (an enemy in fact). I was doing cards and he was responsible for all business-related questions, payments, cashouts, delivery etc..we both have access to telegram and bitcointalk account.
About a week ago account password was reset. My "friend" dissapeared taking coins.
I feel very very bad of this ugly story and I do not ask you to justify me. It is my fault that I chose a bad partner, that I did not make a good enough due-dill.
I am not rich and I did not get much of those coins transfered, however please feel free to send me btc amounts you lost in this situation. I will pay it little by little as I have funds coming from other sources. If you can make smth useful for you as a designer let me know as well (instead of a refund).

Is your printer broken? Did your "friend" crumple up all the holographic paper you bought? Its up to you to make good the people that paid you for items.. this is your reputation and it is dropping with every excuse you post. What you do now is print cards for everybody that paid for them, you ship them as 1 unit to most likely minerjones and you let the grownups figure out shipping after that. You will not be trusted with payment or addresses ever again. Salvage what you have left (not much). I apologize that there was no news from me! I have strict quarantine in the city and I could not go outside to visit the post office.
This morning I went to the post office to send several orders and they informed me that the first batch that I sent was already in the cities of the recipients.
Next, the cards will be transferred to local delivery services and just a few days later you will receive your cards.
The second batch of cards will arrive in the cities of recipients on April 6-8.
I will answer all your questions.

Delivery from Ukraine is not the fastest, so you have to wait a bit.

They deliver to the local postal delivery service at a specific point in each city, and only then this service creates delivery to your personal address. This system helps to save on delivery, since personaly delivery from Ukraine is quite expensive.
