It's pretty much standard thing on any forum, if you see someone breaking any rules you should report them to mods so they can warn, ban or just plainly do something about it so it doesn't happen again. Every forum has rules and you can find the rules for this one in the following thread.

It is necessary to separate SCAM and unsuccessful project. These are two different things, but they are united in one word by SCAM. YES agree that scammers more and more. But now more attention is paid to the choice ICO.
I agree with you on that one. It's not the same thing and I think that people tend to bundle them together so the percentage gets high.
Many times in the history of the coin you might have seen that there is a coin which has a history in which there are one spike and the rest of the history of the coins made the of-of continuous downtrend
Bad alts tend to do that so it's always best to sell some of your rising coins just in case if you're not certain that it's a good one.

I was trying to invest around 5K in Etherium. The price at the moment is around 1.2K and as it looks it is still growing. You think is it a good time to invest ?

Of course it's good to invest in ETH because it's the best alt in the whole crypto market and it's price is quite low right now comparing to projected future price of 1-2k.
I hold 30% of my Etherium portfolio. Until the end of the year, Etherium will return its positions, so it's time to buy.
I keep BTC+ETH to 50% of my portfolio and the two of them will rise exponentially in the future.

The scam ICOs are even growing in numbers compared to the past years. Conducting an ICO is easier than traditional crowdfunding that's why it is a target of many scammers. I hope this will be regulated accordingly.
I don't believe in that. The number of scam ICOs, and the ICOs in general that get the funding, is smaller and smaller because people that got burned in the past don't throw away their money anymore. That's why some of the good ones never get the chance to shine. But that's life, if something is good it'll eventually rise above the bad I guess.
Now the market is falling down people are now scared to invest and some are planning to quite and sell of all there coin and forget about crypto but that's not the best option for you just believe that one day the market will recover to it's normal price and go up to the moon.
My friend, the market isn't falling it's recovering and it's doing it quite well. BTC broke the 8k mark so everything is going well at the moment. Who wants to quit let him quit, it's a bad decision but it's theirs.
for me it's ok to invest in eth and take advantage now because the price is low and there is potential to increase the price of eth because of the bitcoin price height so when it's too late buy and stock eth.
IF BTC gets that approval in august we'll see some major shifts in the market and probably BTC and ETH will rise a lot. So buy now and ask questions later.

I think that crypto can't fail even if that meeting doesn't go well. Block chain is too good technology not to be used.

The answer is is quite simple because plagiarism isn't helping anyone.
So I would just report the post if it's a copied post from someone else but if it's a quoted message, from this forum or some other site, then there is no need to report anyone because he's just making his point clear by including somebody else's opinion.

Holding our cryptocoins atleast a year will create a massive growth at our invested cryptocoins because value price of cryptocoins are base on it's supply and demand. We can wait until the price will go up again but for now i think its hard for me to sell for now because i can wait untill price in market are go up again

I think many projects will cease to exist in a year, you should be careful when choosing your portfolio.If you diversify and fill your portfolio with many different alts then you lower the chance of losing money. Nobody know what will happen in a year.
Investing in new coins can bring more profit but it's more risky, that's obvious. But investing in ETH is more secure and if you look at the prices now is a very good time to buy some.
You're right. You can get more profit if you invest in a promising new coin, but it's better not to risk and invest in ETH.Well I always look to lower the risk as much as possible. Investing in BTC or ETH has very low risk levels.
