Re: Is Coin98 wallet safe?

If Coin98 allows you to backup the wallet using a universal tool, like BIP39 seed phrase, then you are ok!
There are many wallets that give you BIP39 seed phrase, but I would never trust them.
For example, trust wallet is very popular and many people are using it, but I would never use it, because it's close-source and there is no way to know how the keys are generated. Due to the same reason, I would never trust the wallet mentioned by OP.

Thanks for sharing. So what is the safest way to generate keys?
And can I generate keys securely first and then use a closed-source wallet?

Thank you for sharing your perspective! May I ask which wallets you are using to store multiple altcoins? I am looking for a wallet that can hold BTC, ETH, BNB BEP20, Celo, CHZ, and ARB. I am currently using Trust Wallet, but since it does not support CHZ and ARB, I have to keep these two coins on Binance. Additionally, I prefer not to use ERC20 due to high transaction fees and slower speeds.

Is anyone using the Coin98 wallet? Could you share some reviews?
I see it supports multiple types of coins, so I'm considering switching to this wallet.

Which stable coin do you prefer? And which chain to store it?

Hello,

I'm going to exchange all the BTC into stable coin and wait for a dip to buy back. I'm going to use USDT since it's the most popular in my country. But I see some people prefer USDC or DAI. So, what's your choice if you were me?
And I also wonder which chain should I choose to store large amount of stable coin? BSC, Tron, Polygon... which is the safest and cost effective when moving?

Thanks!

Thanks for all the answers!
Then which chain should I use to store USDT?
I won't store USDT because it's not the safest stable coin, read [UPDATED] PSA: Most Stablecoins Can Be Frozen, Even in Your Own Wallets

I'd choose to store DAI i.e. decentralized stable coin in hardware wallet.

You can also choose to store foreign currency in banks because it's insured (there's a limit depends on each country).

Thanks for recommending DAI. Similar question: which chain should I choose to store DAI?

How safe is BSC (bep20) chain? Is it okay to store a large amount of BTC and USDT on that chain? If Binance shutdown will the chain still operate normally?

Updated: Eventually no one on OKX is willing to help and they don't combine depositing 2 payments which sum is over 0.0002 to deposit so beware with the minimum amount, 0.0002 BTC to around $5 not a very small amount.

I've lost $10 when depositing to OKX (formerly OKEx)

This is the story ...

OKX's suddenly raised the minimum deposit amount of BTC to 0.0002 without any informing and I have 2 transaction sending to my account, one is confirmed and one is in pending on the network. They're both 0.00019xxx (around $5), which is less than the current minimum deposit amount of BTC now so they refused to make the transactions credited to my account.

The matter is they've never sent email to inform their customers about this raising since April (I still got deposit transactions credited which was also 0.00019xxx in April so I believe they've just changed it recently).

After this case I am considering to switch over to another exchange as I think what they've done is not fair. Anyone still using OKX should take caution about this new minimum deposit amount as once it happens they are not willing to help you to get your funds back (I have tried to contact their support).

From the picture above, assuming after one month I remove Liquidity for all the TTK and BUSD token, will I get back what I deposited in from the beginning (32287 TTK and 6912.33) ?

And what does "Rates" do in this case ?
