It took a while to get my deposit issued, but it's resolved.
Just open a ticket letting them know you didn't receive your deposit and add a link to your transaction from a block explorer

As you can see I've sent two transactions to my deposit address (1CDTkRiZ9DekxgbtGhcUbh8JfCoaZLSFYL) here:

However, check my activity log from crypto-bridge.. only one of the deposits has been issued to my account. This is a pretty annoying thing to have happen, since I did not send to a wrong receiving address, however that also means it could happen to one of you, hopefully it is a one-off and it can be resolved, but if it's an issue rooted in the crypto-bridge code I think it's best to have it out in the open.

Incredible! You lost 0.025 BTC ?? How did it happen?The crypto-bridge website is just not issuing it to my account. So be careful when depositing into your crypto-bridge account. My issue still hasn't been resolved.

Anyone else not getting their deposits in? 
Deposited some LTC the other day and it showed up within about 10-15 minutes.
I've got a BTC deposit with over 300 confirms and it hasn't showed up. I've double checked the address and everything's in order.
I'd love for the mistake to be on my end but it seems like crypto-bridge just failed to credit the BTC to my acc
