In my opinion, the issue of multi-accounts should be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
If there are many accounts opened, linked to the same owner/device, and bonuses have been taken with these accounts, then it could be considered an action to "cheat" the casino. But if for example there is 1 account that spent a lot of money and played often, and then there is another empty account, which has never taken any bonuses, I do not think that the second account was opened to "cheat" the casino.
For example, I could have opened an account years ago with the casino, and I never used it (and I didn't use any bonus).
Some time later, I forgot I had an account with that casino, opened another account, deposited and completed the KYC.
In this case, I do not consider it an action to cheat the casino.
If the user is self-excluded, then opening a second account to play, violates the rules.
However, at least the option to refund deposits or the total balance can be considered

Fair enough bro.. I'm not even the person who tryinna cheat bonuses and stuff. Sometimes I even miss bonuses for not claiming them on time. I'm a high roller, my account is down a lot. It doesn't even make any sense to make newer account. I do open my bc game account from many devices "pc, phone.." but I have only one account I play with which is @BC_Whale

I guess I can, but I can't see how that'll help the case. Let's say they say multi-acc [like their rebuttal on AG] and game exploit, we'll either just have to take that at face value as we can't verify it ourselves, or we'll just further [unnecessarily] complicate the situation by having some people here to argue "what exploit?", "show proof of multi-acc!" "Why confiscate now instead of before?".

Perhaps, the multi-acc itself does not have to be connected to a specific game, perhaps OP created multi acc because his previous account got limited, or self-excluded [OP's narrative show signs of addiction, so self-exclusion is perhaps on the menu here] and tried to bypass that.

All things considered, OP raised the case to two ADRs, one was shown the evidence of what BC found and consider to be the breach of their ToS and the mediator agreed with those findings. We happen to have the second ADR as OP raised to multiple ADR simultaneously. Perhaps it's best to wait for CG to make their ruling too, so we can be further assured that BC is taking decision that is according to their ToS and incriminating evidence.



OP, BCGameskem, you asked somewhere in this post how to get your case reopened on AG. I guess you can email the mediator for reconsideration, but... instead, why don't you use CG as it's still active there? Perhaps inquire what you intended BC to provide through CG?



Edit: Oooppss... just checked CG, it seems they've seen the evidence too and make the same ruling. I guess... this should be enough to safely conclude the case? No?

They can say anything they want they can corrupt AG and CR too (I dont trust them anymore) show the evidence here infront of all the community. F**k the 80k, keep it. Prove what you say is true. At the moment, BC has probably done as much for this forum as Sportsbet out of the existing casinos. Supporting dozens of non-commercial initiatives, many raffles, contexts and much more. But as long as there are those who have antipathy towards me personally, they will continue to attack the projects I work with.

Even if some users are upset about the missed opportunity to attack BC, I want to remind you that there is a decision by an independent third-party arbitrator on this case. If OP disagrees with BC's decision and AG's verdict, Vod gave the best advice on that case. I will perceive further elaboration of this topic as FUD.

Nobody cares what you consider fud. This man got scammed out of 80k, what does this have anything to do with you and people's antipathy? BC makes raffles and whatever, so what? What have they done for the forum? Investing some 50$ codes that you even have to rollover, also brings new players, makes them the savior of bitcointalk? That allowes them to keep player's money? Look how many cases there are atm against them. They are all lying or making this up? They pay you money to run a campaign that brings more victims to their site, that's what I see. Trying to silence people that speak out what they think, don't you. By the way, askgamblers has a partner relationship with BC. Appreciate you, I don't even have trust in AG anymore, CR said the same thing but I re-opened the case. Complete injustice here, I'm pretty sure BC is doing smth here to avoid paying me. I'm even annoyed by the fact that they accuse me of something I didn't do. I would digest it better if they just said yea we scammed you. But doing whatever they doing with AG and CR to convince these people to turn against me is just another level. Shows how fraudulent this corporation is

Who is the independent third-party arbitrator you talking about? And what was his decision? How do they even taking decisions without informing the concerned account user with an official email? So if I never came here, I'll be left in limbo?

Because, they seem just using the multiple account mistake of the OP just to avoid the payout here. I’m curious on what’s the potential abused here to give us closure on this kind of issue.

That's exactly what happened my friend. I swear to god I only have one account which is @BC_Whale. When they closed my account and never replied to my emails I found no way to speak to them, I was desperate so I made a new bc game account just to enquire about my account's closure, the support BSed me again so I logged out that account and never used it ever since. Apart from this I have never ever used any other bc game account. The one and only account I use to play is @BC_Whale and that account is down a lot and high SVIP level. I was getting lot of random cashbacks and special bonuses because it is down a lot. (Over 220k in bonuses if I remember well) so it doesnt make any sense for me to use a new account from zero. While my account pays well if I wager and get the highest price on daily spin.

You can make an appeal to BC.Game to allow them share the evidence that they share to AG except the KYC part if you are really confident that you don’t use multiple account abuse.

The thing about this mediator is they need to ask valid proof before they marked it as resolved. There’s no way they will support the casino immediately by just providing IP similarity. They probably show an evidence of abused that involves multi account which is what I want to know on how it actually happened.

How can I make an appeal? The case is marked resolved and there is no button to appeal or anything like that in my profile. Also on email they just sent me a message saying
"Congratulations BCgamesuspended,

Your complaint has been resolved successfully!
BC.Game Casino - They closed my account for no reason
"

Do you mean I make a new complaint to AG? I cant find anyway to reply to AG regarding my complaint or appeal

Why have you not posted in your AskGamblers claim since they decided against you and were in favour of BC Game?

For transparency, BC.Games should show their evidence. It would improve their image as a company. Regardless of the conflict's resolution, this is bad publicity; otherwise, anyone could think it is a typical case of an individual against the system, where the system says A=1, and we must accept it as true, even if they don't explain why.

Yes please show me what evidence you have BC game. You know I have only one account. You know this well. You have all my documents and I did the live test. How can I make another account when I'm fully kyced with you

I can not reply to my complaint anymore on AG because they marked it as "resolved" I went to chat w them they said they just agents and they can not help me, I emailed AG to inform them that bc game is scamming me. Let's suppose I have never reach out for help here or on AG what would've happened? Nothing right? To this moment I didn't receive a single email from bc game support explaining what has happened... how does that sound right? They supposed to inform me if they take a decision to close my account no? Why they only replied to me when holydarkness interfered? It is clear that they just stalling me and don't want to pay me what I win. In past I was such a degenerate lose all in few minutes. I had many 60k and 80k bets there.. now because I gamble more responsibly and I win they don't like it

Also when my balance was just a bit over 30k and I was nudging the support and VIP host so they let me withdraw. They always said: "rest assured your account will be activated again in few days, you may play meanwhile the game provider activate your account" why it took them one month to say I have multiple accounts? Were they looking for a good false clarification all this time? Why did they activate my account for one day and promised me that withdrawals will be available in 24 hours they literally said "this time is diff and we are solving it in 24 hours" were they hoping I gamble and lose all the 80k? I didn't gamble so they closed it again and now ohhhh you have multiple accounts... one word SCAMMERS.

Whether or not OP has multiple accounts I wonder why they come to this conclusion now AFTER the player deposited and LOST half a million $ ? Now that he won a fraction back they suddenly find out that he has multiple accounts? Sounds a bit odd to me to say the least.
Sure it's possible but why allow him to play and LOSE in the first place.

Also, what reason would he have to play with a different account while an account that has already so much loss and wager obviously get's way more bonus/perks than any other newly created account? Doesn't make too much sense right?

Not saying he doesn't have multiple accounts but something just doesn't add up because he already lost so much money there. Saying a player is multi accounting is always such an easy way out for any casino.
What I also wonder is, why was his account reinstated twice (with the possibility to withdraw) if they already found this violation?

Lastly, why no reply to the casino guru case as well?

Anyway, kicking out a SVIP10 player with around 25 million wager and over 500k in losses over this shows how desperate BC is for money. Don't forget, this site lost their Curacao license and was declared bankrupt for that matter only some months ago. Then they quickly moved to the "Autonomous Island of Anjouan" to get a license there.

Finally someone with common sense here. Thanks for the support bro. And yes to answer everyone I have millions in deposits and millions in withdawals (total volume). In past, I would deposit and withdraw 6figs txs multiple times a day no problem. I never had any problem withdrawing money from their platform except one time I lost 250k in a night and made back 140k or so, tried to withdraw it they held it for a couple of days but they paid me eventually... I'm just disgusted by what's going on here. BTW my journey on bc game was always fighting for my losses thats why I have big volume, and there was a time where I recouped all my losses + 40k profit.. so my account on bc game was up 40k+ I thanked god and quit gambling for sometime until one night I had huge urge to gamble and stupidly enough I said lets just try with 1k. Lost it, chasing that 1k made me lose 500k in oneday which is literally everything I have, then another ~200k i took from a friend (at that time, every bet I make is a losing bet, no matter what I do. Like I would lose 10 times on a row with a 80% win probability) So in total Im down near 700k. I suffered depression for months. Then in last december I wanted to try again my luck I won this 80k and here we are. I only had one account. I don't even care anymore that they scammed me I wouldn't even have to hide anything I lost hope so I would admit I have mire than one account if I had any. What they came up with is total BS. I know there's nothing that can be done to sue them, but I'm gonna expose them all over the internet now, it is personal. The fact that they lie to my face and say I have multiple accounts made even more angry and more motivated to f**** with these people.

I want to leave a brief recommendation for players to take into account to avoid being in this situation directly or indirectly.

1 - Do not create multiple accounts (it’s obvious, but it is important to emphasize it)
2 - If you ever created an account and for some reason forgot your login details, do not create another one, contact support first.
3 - Do not use VPNs, some VPNs reuse IP addresses, and this IP could be assigned to another user, mixing their footprints on the site.
4 - Hire dedicated internet services with a fixed IP that do not use dynamic IP addresses; the same thing could happen as with the VPN.
5 - Carefully read the casino rules, and strictly adhere to them.

I never use VPN. IP can change sometimes and that's normal (you restrat router, electricity outage ect..). I do use my account on multiple devices but I only have one bc game account

Unfortunately, despite holydarkness insistence to get it addressed and explained on this thread, we will have to reject the proposal and address the matter on the ADR platforms. We want to assure the Bitcointalk forum community that it is for a good reason and not without merit.
Even though you have rejected the request to address the matter here, I think this is something that needs to be considered by anybody making a scam accusation. If a member wishes to open a scam accusation thread running concurrently with open accusations on CasinoGuru and/or AskGamblers then they probably should not be expecting deeply informative replies on the forum as the matter will be arbitrated elsewhere.

I changed my trust to neutral as I was told bc.game sponsors 75% of the events in the forum.   The community obviously accepts their TOS, which is legal.
Apart from their work within the forum, they are a huge company that is sponsoring a Premier League football club. I always thought there was much more to this story than the OP elaborated on and maybe for that reason the decision on the case by AskGamblers was made in favour of BC Game.

As always, we take verdict made by CG and AG as a decision that overrule the forum's opinion. So, I believe this should close the case. They found and validate BC's proof of connected accounts.
The OP will probably dispute the decision by the arbiter even though he took his complaint to them on the basis he would accept the outcome. The amount involved is $80,000 therefore I think he will post here again protesting but it will be futile.

If the OP still has to wait for CasinoGuru to give their decision. If that fails to be in his favour and he firmly believes he has been scammed he should consider legal action but as it is a time consuming and expensive process, I doubt it. Having said that, I believed there was more to the story than the OP stated therefore it seems the matter will cease here.

I repeat I only have one account. Which is @BC_Whale. I just cant believe how far in scamming these people got to. I ONLY HAVE ONE SINGLE GAMBLING ACCOUNT!

Yes this is what they said in AG according to their ToS 5.4. I only have one account, I didnt break any rules, these guys have my passport, driving licence, ID, bank statement, car registration, phone bill. I literally provided all my documents. They know me more than my own gov. This is unfair...

OP, I got your PM and this serves as a reply to it too.

As I said, usually when big casino found an abuse of multi-acc, they are beyond sure of it.

I was privileged to witness [and check myself] the parameters and cross-reference system that being used by a relatively small casino [not gonna mention it here in order not to undermine them as "small" but those who follow me and my record with casinos dispute should easily know which casino am I talking about] and it was mind-blowing.

They cross-reference things that didn't even cross my mind.

That said, let's just wait for BC and AG's communication. If they have proof of multi-acc, then AG is more than able to prove or disprove it.

If the situation does not get resolved by weekend, I'll inquire again to my contact. Until then though, let's just wait and I'll return to my default setting to take every side's words with bucket of salts.

I assure you, I only have one account, I didn't break any rules. Maybe some of my friends at bc game enquired as to why my account is closed because I reached out to everyone for help, I was desperate. But they know I only have one account, they are making this false clarification to steal the money. To this day I didnt receive a single reply from them on email. How can they even close account for weeks without informing me? So if I didnt go to AG, CR and bitcointalk, they would've never answered me right? The ToS 5.4 says: "You are only allowed to register one Account with the Service. Accounts are subject to immediate closure if it is found that you have multiple Accounts registered with us. This includes the use of representatives, relatives, associates, affiliates, related parties, connected persons and/or third parties operating on your behalf."

I have only one bc game account. Please help me fight these scammers, I knew they would come up with such BS.

I'm here, if you need anything I'll help. I'd really appreciate it if you can sort it out. I'm tired of waiting. If they want to keep the account closed, can I get a refund of 80k and we consider this case resolved? My account is still down a lot anyway. But I need the 80k it would change lot of things for me rn. I can pay most of my debt. Also can you ask them to communicate with me by e-mail. They never responded, I never heard from them...

Umm... not sure if that's a good idea, to have them communicate with you via email. I am not sure on what division my contact works, but I am somewhat sure they're not on the division who handle email. Sure, at times, I asked complainants to put someone on CC [not sure who this staff is, but I believe they're on the upper floor] as per BC's permission to expedite things. But I believe the purpose of the CC is so that the staff being CC-ed can chase the mailing division with sticks and knives and chainsaw to expedite the situation.

So, basically, I somehow think exchanging emails between you and them will only be slightly faster than the CG and AG situation. If you don't mind, let me try to get it tried through my direct contact and see how far and fast can we take it?

I will only proceed with your permission, of course. If you choose to chase it yourself through email, I'll communicate with my contact if it's possible to establish that communication with you to sort it out.

Whatever you think is best to do my man. And @Vod ofc I want your help guys. I just don't understand why they didn't email me at all all this time. I'm afraid I'm being scammed, I wanted to feel re-assured. These guys never explained as to why my withdrawala got suspended, why my account got closed. Ok, I'm here. A bit late as my IRL situation are a bit demanding these past few days [and I think for the next few too]. I've reached my contact on BC and we should have a talk in about this time.

Anyway... ibb.... umm... they hate me for some reason. As always, I can't access them by default and have to take a long way around with other browser and VPN and other settings just to look at them. Today though, they seemed to hate me significantly more as I can't see anything at all, no matter what I do. I always get a disconnected page.

I do not know why BC Game have not replied but they still have just under 48 hours to send a reply according to CasinoGuru on their platform. Until they post here or there with their side of the story we will not see the full picture but having said that, they should have posted by now. Hopefully they will post here soon or opt to engage with you solely on CasinoGuru.

Are you able to post screenshots of all of your correspondence with BC Game. If you can it will help all of us much more to further understand more about the situation.

Still they didnt reply, I don't think they ever will tbh. My last hope is bitcointalk because I trust the community here.

I couldnt find the ones where I was speaking with support or the rest of the conv with the vip host but trust me all they do is BS me "we looking into it" "it will be resolved in 24-48hours" always same BS. It is been one month now and they still didn't come back to me with an answer as to why my account is closed or my withdrawals were suspended...

Ok, I'm here. A bit late as my IRL situation are a bit demanding these past few days [and I think for the next few too]. I've reached my contact on BC and we should have a talk in about this time.

Anyway... ibb.... umm... they hate me for some reason. As always, I can't access them by default and have to take a long way around with other browser and VPN and other settings just to look at them. Today though, they seemed to hate me significantly more as I can't see anything at all, no matter what I do. I always get a disconnected page.

Can someone please be kind and reupload OP's image to talkimg so I can get them? Fast? So I can already understand what happen when my contact joined me?
