Wondering if anyone has any experience with this. Stumbled across a few threads and PM'd a few to try to get some insight.
I made a SEPA deposit on 26/06, submitted a request on 29/06 where no had gotten back to me but it was marked as solved. DID the same again on the 05/07 and again 2 days ago. it has now been 2 and a half weeks since I made the transfer, and there has no response or anything from kraken. It is so infuriating. Has this happened to anyone else before?
They asked for my details (kraken ref, IBAN etc.) which I had already submitted to them in the original ticket. I have contact my bank and they have stated that it has been cleared from my account through them.
Would anyone know a time frame? It says 2-5 days for a SEPA transfer and it's been 16 days now. I've made transfers before and they've been fine. It's very frustrating that I can't access my funds when I need to, and I can't contact anyone there to discuss. I can't even transfer from other wallets to Kraken to withdraw as going by the previous results I might not be able to. They marking my cases as solved too even though no one is talking to me. I feel like there' just some guy there lolling ticking solved at all the requests and just ignoring them.
Any help would be appreciated as it sucks being pied off by the support staff. Cheers guys
