You don't need a big payroll, it's based on win %. you just have to meet the betting mins.  you can still win if you bet the minimum and have the best win %.

I'm not complaining, am I? I'm giving a suggestion and obviously the decision is on victor's hands. To be honest, the current promo with one winner only does not attract me like the old competition as I'm not a big gambler who have big bankroll to compete with other players for 1 prize only so I feel that the chance for me to win is very small.

Why don't you try playing before complaining about how they laid the contest out.  its a King of the Hill promotion!
