We the newbies fall into victims to scammers due to the lack of idea on how to research about it or things to be considered before starting, And also scammers always rush on newbies because they can easily be deceived.

Newbies has no much knowledge about how things works and hence should stay away from any sort of trading, or before investing or trading any crypto, you most have enough information concerning them.

As a beginners you most do a research about any investment carefully to avoid lost on investment.

I can recall each step you took. But I did realize one thing: it's normal for people to differ, hold different opinions, dress differently, and want the world to know everything about them.
The end result is what counts. Your promotion has demonstrated this. Beginners can benefit greatly from the experiences of people who have succeeded in some way. Unfortunately, many people who are initially engaged in the forum's activity build up their enthusiasm at the smallest mistake or criticism in modern society.

This is a very good question, telling people about your crypto is very risky, imagine showing somebody your crypto that worth thousands of dollars, after seeing it, all he would be thinking about is how to snatch it away from you.

I believe most at times the reason why is hard to rank up is because of low quality post and disregarding the forum rules. I'm new here but from what I have read, understanding the rules and making good quality post will help you rank up.

Is a good gesture I feel so pity on Ukrainians how they are suffering , I was chocked seeing scammers on social media taking advantages on the ongoing crisis on Ukraine, as such asking people to contribute to a certain account.

I hope the war will come to an end.

Base on the steady market increase early this year, some coins increases times two but now it has falling drastically.

I am not the owner of the site, its and i don't think they are listed on coinmarket cap either, its an exchange i used to trade which its among the exchange which support my local currency (NG) really don't know much about exchanges. like i said i can delete the post if its said not to be safe or seeing as a paid promotional post.

Yes the exchange I believe is Africa owned, because it was introduced to me by my friend (Nigerian)
when it comes to performance i also believe they are doing well, base on the few times i traded with them.
I found out about the exchange from a friend why i was looking for a means  to trade my crypto into my local currency since its a kind of ban in my locality (Nigeria)

That's true, i came across a thread which says forbes claims half of bitcoin transaction are false which is equally one of their claims wash trading, indeed there are alot of wash trading out their but we should not just justify all exchanges to be the same.

Thanks for this advice, to me the safest place to store crypto is just hardware wallet or any noncustodial wallet which owners have the right to and only them have access to the wallet, unless when the user is careless enough to allow his/her phrase/private key to be compromise.

You have really taking a bold step, from accepting btc as a method of payment in your organization to trying to educate your employees about bitcoin.
I don't really have much advice to give but to you.
All you just need is a projector, or a white board, a simple graph about how btc works, and if they have access to anything that have access to the internet access they can educate them self from the fundamental that you have giving them.
