I just hope that there will maybe come some reduction in minimum investment as I would really like to invest, bu t can't afford 1.3 k USD at the moment.
I hope for that too, 1300 dollars is quite a lot currently,with all the losses we had in the last year.Something like 300 dollars would be fine
Yeah, I agree with you and the thing is market keeps on going down, so I don't think there will be much investors willing to give that kind of money.

Since second sto round starts soon, in less than 2 weeks, do you have plans for special marketing campaign beside bounty campaign?
There is something on the road map saying about special article promotion something like that, but I'm really not sure what that represents.

You mentioned that you will invest in more than 100 companies.Wont you need a lot of funds to be able to do that,like reaching hard cap or that will be possible if you reach lets say 10 millon dollars?
Our investments projection is based on the total amount raised. And we are confident we will hit our hardcap.
That is quite optimistic considering the market, but that can improve any minute. Do you think you will close the gap towards hard cap by more private investors or through public sales?

From what i understand second round of STO starts on March 1st.What will be the starting bonus available for investors?
If info on the first page is correct,there wont exactly be bonuses.Price of 1 FABA during first round was $1, while during 2nd rounf 1 FABA=$1,3.So you actually got discount during round 1.
Is minimum still 1300 USD? Is there a chance that minimum could be lowered from 1300 USD to something more affordable to guys like me?

Only VIP signature bounty is active at the moment,no ongoing airdrops or regular bounties .
What does that mean VIP bounty? Is that some kind of exclusive bounty? Is it still possible to participate?
Only high ranking members of the forum can join that kind of bounties, you as newbie are not eligible unfortunately.
So there is no way to get some AGT it seems.Been reading through topic and I can see that sale is delayed.When should sale be started again?
Unfortunately no way to get Agate tokens at the moment,except during public sale but we are all waiting for annoucement about that.

Is Agate from Australia? Will that be the main market to focus on or not?
Team is based there,but it wouldnt make sense to focus only on Australia,they have to aim for worldwide adoption in order for this to succeed.Might start there maybe,just for the beginning.
I think that their last partnership already showed that focus won't be only on Australian market

Since FABA will be security token,on what kind of exchanges you plan to get listed?
Are there any special requirements for security tokens? I thought it can be listed on any exchange just as utility token or am I wrong?

Everything is explained in the whitepaper,i suggest you to start with that.
If he is one of those lazy people, he can even watch the videos and go through few articles that explain the gist of Agate in simpler terms.

Was the soft cap reached in private sale? And yeah, congrats to the team on reaching the first milestone, in this market a proper good job indeed.
Over 2.6m USD (in fiat) was raised in the private sales. While all other funds are being raised through our STO offering.
How much you raised so far overall?If you can disclose that information of course.
At the moment we can't disclose the exact amount we have raised. Although we have long exceeded our softcap.

Yes, we will announce the amount raised when the 1st round ends in January!
How come you divided ico in 2 rounds, why the break between those?
We divided the ICO into two phases because we understand how difficult it is to raise funds in a bear market, and we also want to able to hit certain project roadmap and targets.
Some people are phased about long ICO's lately, but I like that you decided to go with it.It just shows that team is capable to recognise the situation with market and be smart about it.

Was there any new partnerships recently? Last one was GEELUS that I know of.Team should work more on expanding the network of partners in search of merchants that will participate in AGATE network.
it's true that finding a new partner is a good idea for the AGATE project because we clearly see that this project has long been running and in my opinion it's not too difficult to get a new partnerI think Agate is on good track, looks like it is developing slower then some of us expected, but I believe that is only because team is not communication as much as we would like.Hopefully that will change with the announcement of the last stage of sales.

Why you decided to switch on POS? Isnt ethereum blockchain good enough for your purposes,especially now with these changes that are coming?
I think it is because Agate has its iFiat Ecosystem for handling and nullifying volatility when it comes to payments and need it's own blockchain for that.
Isn't Agate code open source? Or just the app? Couldn't that be translated to Etherium blockchain too?
How would we then have POS if Agate was on ETH blockchain?
Agate will move to their wn blockchain this quarter.POS is the future,even ethereum will eventually switch.
Etherium is already making moves, hard fork should happen on 16th.

How come there is no activity on social media and medium by the team? What is being worked on at the moment?
Most likely that the tea is busy looking for more partners as they are very important for a project like this.
