[ANN][WALLET] Introducing a New Multi-asset Non-custodial HD Wallet: Galaxy Coin
by

on 16/10/2018, 08:19:13 UTC
Galaxy Coin is founded with the mission to create a seamless experience for cryptocurrency users around the world. To accomplish this, we created a wallet that allows users to do the following:

Keep all your assets in one place
The Galaxy Coin wallet supports multiple blockchains and tokens. Galaxy Coin will continuously add more tokens based on market demand.

Truly take control of the assets
The Galaxy Coin wallet is non-custodial, and users have complete control over their all the private keys through one simple recovery phrase. Your assets will be completely safe as long as you have your recovery phrase.

Trade peer-to-peer with ease
Traders would have two options to conduct a P2P trade: Account and Decentralized.
Account: traditional method of exchange where users deposit their assets into the platform’s account. When a transaction is initiated, the seller's assets will be locked on the platform to serve as escrow, and will be released to the buyer upon completion. Trading this way is quick and cheap.
Decentralized: trades are done directly from the Galaxy wallet by using smart contracts and multi-signature address for escrow. The entire transaction is conducted through the blockchain without going through any centralized authority. Trading this way is safe and transparent.
Traders would be able to trade in their crypto assets for fiat or other crypto assets quickly

Lending option COMING SOON
Galaxy will also introduce the option to borrow stablecoins by collateralizing your crypto assets. Traders would be able to quickly gain liquidity and manage their exposure through a few simple taps.

TRY IT OUT NOW....The Galaxy Coin app is available on both iOS and Android https://app.galaxycoin.vip/mobileweb/download?code=27! For a limited time, users will be rewarded GC tokens simply for registering! Invite your friends to gain more perks and rewards through our affiliate program.

Hello Everyone,

This forum has been extremely useful and helped me find a wallet for me. I am really curious what wallets other users use, so I created this short survey. I'll share the results when it's done!

Do you accept any transactions below 100 coins? We can definitely buy 100 coins but over several trades and if the price is reasonable. How much above spot price can you offer and which exchange price do you use as reference?

Re: Beware of PayPal and other reversible transfer services

The fastest service like paypal also seem to have the greatest risk, even cash is not completely safe because of counterfeits. What's the best way to mitigate trading risk to as low as possible? Some good suggestions I hear from this thread is:

tell buyer to send it as gift
avoid all services that have chargeback (though this severely limits the audience I feel)
go with the most reputable seller and hope for the best

it seems the best option is to tell the buyer to do a direct cash deposit. That way you see the payment right away and its irreversible to the best of my knowledge.
