Re: Investing In ICO's vs Investing AFTER The ICO
by

It depends ones perception towards a project. There are projects with great fundamental, coordinated financial expert and team with great vision. When you invest on this project before the ICO,after the lunch on exchange, the price might go down below the ICO,but with time the price of that coin might skyrocket to the extent that early sellers will start to regret selling their coins.
This normally happen when the product is fully lunched.
This also happen when the product has gain massive adoption and real usage. So,investing on ICO before the lunch or after the lunch depends on how the investor see the potential in the project.

Re: How to avoid ICO scam.
by

The basic things one need to do is to check the antecedent of the team behind the project you want to invest in.This will help you to know the profession they are into before managing the project. The question is,does the purpose of the project tally with their profession? The reason is,one can only give out what he has or what is in him.We have seen some project managers raised $15 million, but they failed to deliver a working product that will attract investors.
You should also check the white paper and as well observe how they respond to constructive questions on their various social media outfit, you will have the overview of their capacity.

Re: Why I'm NOT Buying Ethereum...
by
Bennix
on 15/01/2019, 19:57:10 UTC
I decided not to buy etherium because the developers have failed to checkmate, evaluate and verify the authenticity and veracity of the project managers using its blockchain to run various ICO.This has resulted in high instability on the future and price of etherium. In order words, there is also tendency that some genuine project managers using etherium blockchain might build their own blockchain, and once this happen ,the liquidity of etherium will be distorted.
However, I observed that etherium developers have not shown the total supply of etherium, and this is one the reasons I decided not to buy etherium because not showing the total supply of etherium means more coins could be created, and this is not a welcome development for long term investors.

Re: Cryptopia Hacked. Will BTC Crash?
by
Bennix
on 15/01/2019, 19:44:43 UTC
To be more direct, btc will not crash due to cryptopia exchange that is hacked recently. We have seen centralize exchanges hacked in the past but btc price never respond vigorously to the hack.on the other hand,it may not be btc that is hacked on cryptopia exchange. However, the amount of coins/tokens hacked may be trivial to pose threat on the crypto market.
We should also know that cryptopia is not the largest crypto exchange in the world. So,there is high possibility that the entire  crypto market won't witnessed  huge dump due to the hack.

Re: What attracts you to a good crypto exchange?
by
Bennix
on 13/01/2019, 20:25:40 UTC
What attract me to crypto exchange is the high multi security measures on the exchange. I pointed out this because many have lost huge amount coins due to recklessness on the side of developers managing an exchange.I also get attracted to an exchange if the developers of an exchange are total commited to protecting the investors by ensuring listing coins that have real liquidity on the crypto market.
I like an exchange if it has a good outlook with clear trading tools that assist traders in making trading decisions.
I also prefer exchange that has in-house support system.

Re: During the bear market, learning and asking questions is of utmost importance
by
Bennix
on 13/01/2019, 18:25:22 UTC
In bear market, learning, researching and asking constructive questions are highly important.
Sometimes, one could use historic past data to make some trading decisions that will benefit him.For example, bitcoin hit $20k in December, 2017,and those guys that have witnessed the bear market in the past took profit at the time newbies were buying at the top thinking that 20k resistance will be broken which never happened.
In the bear market, one needs to learn how to be patient to the extent that one should not be opening position when the price of crypto has gone up.So,we also learn that this is the time one needs to be accumulating perceived Cryptos that give him huge profit once bull run start.

Re: would u open a loan to buy the dip?
by
Bennix
on 13/01/2019, 18:07:51 UTC
In cryptocurrency,no one can state clearly the dip. So,the dip one sees today could go down more than another 50% dip or more.On the other hand,if you watch from last year till now ,crypto market keeps on loosing huge amount of money of which each and every crypto trader witnessed that on crypto market cap.
As a result, I will not open any form of loan just to buy the dip.In business, one takes a risk, but that should be calculated risk not just involving myself in a situation that might him me tomorrow. In other words,I was taught that risk management system is highly crucial in trading.

Re: Your destiny is in your hands

To be honest, our destiny is in our hands if we decide to take the right steps. The action one take today will determine the result one will get in years to come.As it stands today, majority jumped into crypto without having in depth knowledge of crypto. These are set of people that have sold in a very big loss without considering the future result of their actions and inactions.
I have research and read about the owner of one of the biggest exchanges. He bought crypto and it lose 90% ,but he didn't sold.He even sold his house.Today,he is the owner of the biggest exchanges.

Re: Who Are Selling off Their Crypto
by
Bennix
on 12/01/2019, 20:46:55 UTC
The people selling off their Cryptos aggressively are those that don't know what crypto is all about. Those selling crypto are the ones that don't know that crypto is here to stay. Those selling off their crypto are that have not make out time to research on past  historic data of crypto.
In other words, some joined crypto in Dec 2017 just because of the bullish market crypto is into, and seeing that crypto price went down, they sell. Some expected that there will be a bullish market in the Dec 2018,but that never happened so they sell.As it stands, some don't even research on crypto they invested in.Some don't know that crypto needs time to be developed. So,once impatient people  see their predictions are not met, they start selling.
However, some have not known that the people that made huge amount of money in crypto didn't make it by selling aggressively. Some of them hold crypto for 4 years or more. They don't care if the market is moving up and down. These are verified facts some may not know, but that is the truth.

Re: Bitcoin holders will betray bitcoin one day
by
Bennix
on 12/01/2019, 20:39:07 UTC
For me in particular, I strongly believe that bitcoin holders will not betray bitcoin because they know what bitcoin is all about, thus, they won't like to loose their precious digital asset.on the other hand, bitcoin has come along way in the past.Bitcoin has been subjected to every form of adversity and test, yet the hardcore holders never betray bitcoin at that time even though people never believed on bitcoin in the past. So,my point is ,if the hardcore holders never betray bitcoin at the time the world is ignorant of bitcoin, I don't think they will betray bitcoin now big companies have been working round the clock to trade bitcoin futures.
The hardcore holders are even preserving their bitcoin, waiting for the time bitcoin will hit $200000 to reap their reward knowing fully well that the prediction is achievable with small amount of bitcoin in circulation.

Re: Is bitcoin investors more focus than altcoin investors?
by
Bennix
on 12/01/2019, 20:25:21 UTC
Of course, bitcoin investors are more  focus, determined and dogged on bitcoin more than altcoin investors. The reason is crystal and categorically clear. We have seen many altcoins vanish with no one to hold accountable. We have seen many altcoins that were among the top coins for past five years vanish, and no investors will like to see his money liquidated.
Many investors know that bitcoin have been subjected to intense bear market, but at the end of everything bitcoin keeps on waxing stronger.on the other hand bitcoin is paired with many cryptos and that alone gives bitcoin an added advantage.interms of massive adoption, bitcoin have a greater percentage of being accepted by the world and companies compare to other Cryptos.so,there are many reasons bitcoin investors are holding onto bitcoin than altcoins investors.

Re: Do you care about product?
by

on 25/12/2018, 20:09:27 UTC
In response to this, many alternative coins and tokens on various exchanges are traded based on speculation, this has resulted in many altcoin death both in the past and present.
However,I take into cognizance the type of product the developers want to showcase to its investors.I also carry put research to see how the team fund the project. On the hand, funding the project is not enough ,one need to evaluate the previous practical experience and academic  capacity.Investors have lost a huge amount of money
Purchasing coins with no real workimg product.

Re: [repeat] I AM HODLING
by
Bennix
on 25/12/2018, 19:57:02 UTC
Life is all about risk, and you may not make a meaningful progress  if you have not concluded to take a calculated risks. The truth still remains, one has small percentage of making huge amount of money in crypto if he is not a hardcore holder. However, this is the bitter truth people don't want to hear, but that is the fact.I know that people ate afraid of holding because of the bear market that befall crypto market at present, but that is how the market has been from on set.
In other words, people that made huge amount of money in crypto are the ones that bought and hold bitcoin at the time its market capitalization has not reached $10 million. At that time, bitcoin price go down to almost -94%,but they never sold because they are focus, dogged and determined. They don't follow their own rules not minding the wave hitting the market. Some of them sold in December, 2017  at the time their target has  reached.
So,if you want to make it huge in crypto market  follow the principle that would place you at the top,and one of the basic  principles is to hold valuable coin like bitcoin.I said this because, from history, bitcoin price  goes down to come to skyrocket at the time people are expecting .

Re: We have to be aware that bitcoin will not last forever
by
Bennix
on 25/12/2018, 19:25:53 UTC
To be honest, bitcoin is a digital currency that will last forever. If you watch bitcoin has been subjected to severe bear market in the past and this resulted in many people speculating that bitcoin will vanish, but at the end ,bitcoin keeping surging and waxing stronger.
It is this mindset focused on if bitcoin will last forever or not that made some people that bought btc at price $14 to sell ,hoping bitcoin will vanish.
On the other hand, many big institutional buyers have been making a move to ensure bitcoin  futures are traded on its exchange. So,anyone  one one saying bitcoin will not last forever is like telling me internet.

Re: Do not give up, you can still make it
by

on 24/12/2018, 16:06:36 UTC
Regrettably, many have lost huge amount of money starting from February to the December. People taught that crypto will turn their lives for good, but reverse is the Case. I have also lost huge amount of money starting from the money I paid to learn technical analysis and the money I used to trade.I taught things will turn around ,but crypto market keeps on going down aggressively.
There was day I keep on asking myself iam I here for the disruptive technology and global adoption? I come to realize that iam total in for global and mass adoption. This made me not to give up.on the other hand ,I have read about the past  years of bear market ,and I see that any year valuable altcoins failed -%96 ,it normally surge anytime bull market commence.

Re: WHY ARE PEOPLE STILL CONDEMNING BITCOINS
by
Bennix
on 24/12/2018, 15:50:25 UTC
In the first place, the truth is,many people are myopic on what bitcoin is all about. The same thing happened in the early days of internet, meaning many people didn't anticipate the problems internet is created to solve ,and the same thing is applicable to bitcoin.
However, many people have not been educated, enlighten, sensitize, and taught how bitcoin will gibe them financial freedom ,and this is one of the reasons people are condemning bitcoin. On the other hand ,many people have not understand that bitcoin can't be printed anyhow like some traditional central bank are printing and flooding the economy with traditional currency of which the ecovonmy will be in shamble in relation to the currencies being printed. On the other hand, some elites residing in some countries are advising and telling their people the risk of buying bitcoin, and this has resulted in people condemning bitcoin.

Re: Problems with banks you have faced
by
Bennix
on 24/12/2018, 15:38:03 UTC
In response to this.I have faced so many problems in  banks. I  witnessed that banks have used the money I deposited or fixed to do business without giving me the real interest I suppose to earn.I have questioned some bank worker ,asking them the  reasons they are making billions per year, but at the same time, they are not giving the long term depositors the real interest. To be honest, none of the bank worker answered the question.
On the other hand, banks always deduct a high fees from my account each time I request for my monthly bank statement, the question is,why are the deducting high fees just to give me my monthly bank statement? To make the matter worse ,I  went to a bank to withdraw money via automated teller machine ,but the ATM is programmed in a way that only small amount of money should be withdrawn. The devastating implication is,the more money I withdraw ,the more the bank bank charge me for every amount I withdraw. The implication again is,I will waste more time withdrawing money because the way the ATM machine is programmed.

Re: HOW TO PREPARE FOR THE NEXT BULL RUN 2019
by
Bennix
on 23/12/2018, 17:49:57 UTC
However, everyone who believe in crypto is expected to adapt to market conditions because buying valuable coins/tokens does not in any way guarantee that you will make some profit on the bull run.I pointed out this because many traders sell the coins they wouid have stored in their wallet. They are doing this hoping to buy back at the bottom, but if care is not taken, they might loose at the time bull run will start.
On the hand,my point is,every trader should have coins stored for long term. The trader should not even think of selling it until a huge profit is made.I said this because only the traders that programmed their mindset for long term will enjoy the bull run anytime it comes.

Re: The market has recovered?
by
Bennix
on 23/12/2018, 17:39:54 UTC
In view to this, the crypto market has not recovered even though we see uptrend on both bitcoin and altcoin.
I pointed this out because we have not broken the resistance price level of $6200 being the previous  price of bitcoin before the hashwar and fud that lead to low price of bitcoin. If you could remember the previous support price level was $6200,and it was broken. This resulted in bitcoin going down to $3200 to $3900.
Now,we all know that whenever bitcoin price surge and stabilize, altcoin price surge as well, meaning altcoin respond with respect or in relation . to the price movement of bitcoin.Considering this trend,I don't think altcoins have recovered .

Re: YOU HAVE TO BE A DIE HARD RISK TAKER TO EXCEL IN THE CRYPTO INDUSTRY
by
Bennix
on 21/12/2018, 16:51:31 UTC
Of course, in every meaningful task one do in life, the person be total committed if truly he wants to achieve a great success. However, the person must face adversity and challenges of which he might be having sleepless nights because of the challenges. The same thing is applied to crypto industry. If you are observant, you will find out that those who made fortune in crypto are the ones who committed their time, energy and money into it,they never mind if bitcoin failed -95%.They never mind if the masses are selling aggressively. They stood firm on what they believed on,and this is the reason they made huge amount of money in crypto.
Now,some of those few people that paid the altimate price by taking a risk have been advising people on how to apply patient in crypto industry, yet some are seeing it as gimmick. So,I believe that one have to be a hardcore risk taker to prosper in crypto.
